መ/ር ደሳለኝ በሪሁን በድሮው ጎጃም አጠቃላይ ግዛት አገው ምድር፤በባንጃ አውራጃ፤ በባንጃ ለኮማ ምክትል ወረደነት ከ1936-1987 አ.ም የቆየች ስትሆን ከ1987 አ.ም ወዲህ አዊ ብሄረሰብ ዞን ስር በአሁኑ ፈግታ ለኮማ ወረዳ አስተዳደር ኮሪጎሃና ልዩ ስሙ ቸዋሲ ኪዳነ ምህረት ከአባታቸው አቶ በሪሁን ታምር እና ከእናታቸው ወ/ሮ ደስታየሁ አድማስ መስከረም 23 ቀን 1977 አ.ም ተወለዱ። መ/ር ደሳለው በሪሁን እድሜው ለትምህርትና ለአቅማ ሄዋን እስኪደረስ ድረስ ከቤተሰቦቻው ጋር በጥሩ ሁኔታ እንክብካቤ አደጉ።ከዚያም በሆላ አባቱ ለትምህርት ከፍተኛ ፍላጎትና ተነሳሽነት ስለነበረው እድሜው ለትምህርት ሲደርስ ወደ ት/ቤት እንዲገባ ተደረገ።
- 1ኛ-6ኛ ክፍልን ኮሪ አጠ/1ኛ/ደ/ት/ቤት ከ1986-1990 አ.ም፤ * 7ኛ ክፍልን አሮጊው እንጅባራ አጠ/1ኛ/ደ/ት/ቤት 1991 አ.ም
- 8ኛ ክፍልን ኮሶበር አጠ/1ኛ/ደ/ት/ቤት 1992 አ.ም
- 9ኛ-12ኛ ክፍልን እንጅባራ
አጠ/2ኛ/ደ/ት/ቤት ከ1993-1996 አ.ም ተከታትለዋል።ከዚያም ከ12ኛ ክፍል የዩኒቨርስቲ መግቢያ ነጥብ ስለልመጣለት በመምህርነት ሙያ ስልጣና መርሃ ግብር በጎንደር መ/ራን ትም/ት ኮሌጅ 3 ሜጀር በሚባለው በማ/ሳይንስ ት/ት ክፍል በዲፕሎማ 10+3 ደረጀ ተመርቀዋል። በተመረቁት በመ/ራነት ሙያ በፋ/ለ ወረዳ ትም/ፅ/ቤት በኩል
- 1999 አ.ም ተቀጥሮ አይጀስታ አጠ/1ኛ/ደ/ት/ቤት ተመደቡ።
- ከ2000-2004 አ.ም አይጀስታ ት/ቤት አስተማሩ።
- ከ2005-2007 አ.ም ችጎሊ ት/ቤት አስተማሩ።
- ከ2007-አሁን ድረስ ገዘሃራ ት/ቤት እየስተማራ ይገኛል።
በሌላ መልኩ ጎን ለጎን የራሱን የት/ምት ደረጀ ለማሻሸልም በደ/ማርቆስ ዩኒቨርስቲ በ12+4 ወይም በዲግሪ ደረጀ በክረምት መረሃ ግብር ከ2000-2004 አ.ም ተከታትለው ተመርቀዋል።
