- I've undone some of your edits because they contradict our manual of style (MOS), in particular MOS:OVERLINK, but please don't let that discourage you. The MOS is a monster of a guideline and even the most experience editors forget about bits of it! Keep up the good work, – Joe (talk) 12:50, 24 August 2022 (UTC)
- @Joe Roe Hi Joe! Thanks for the welcome! I'm unsure what you undid... How do I find out? PillarOfTheFaith (talk) 19:48, 25 August 2022 (UTC)
- You can look at the histories of Markazi Masjid, Dewsbury and Hafiz Patel, and then use the "compared selected revisions" (diff) function. You should also have gotten a notification about it. – Joe (talk) 08:08, 26 August 2022 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for September 27
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Najam Sethi, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Chief Minister of Punjab. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:00, 27 September 2022 (UTC)

Portuguese-Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Portuguese-Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needscitations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:

When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. - Hi Kleuske! Sorry about that. I'm still quite new to Wikipedia and assumed that the page I created would be submitted for approval. PillarOfTheFaith (talk) 11:03, 10 October 2022 (UTC)
If this was the first article that you created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
The page Draft:Portuguese-Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appeared to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appeared to be a direct copy from https://www.chamber-commerce.net/dir/3464/Arab-Portoguese-Chamber-of-Commerce-and-Industry-in-Lisboa. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition has been be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
Please do not recreate the material without addressing these concerns, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If you think this page should not have been deleted for this reason, you may contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you may open a discussion at Wikipedia:Deletion Review. — Diannaa (talk) 22:29, 11 October 2022 (UTC)
- @Diannaa Hi there! I'm really sorry I wasn't aware about this. I assumed that because it was a draft there would not be any issue as it was still a work in progress. Thanks for letting me know. PillarOfTheFaith (talk) 10:10, 12 October 2022 (UTC)

[edit]Please do not add or change content, as you did at Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. SovalValtos (talk) 17:52, 15 October 2022 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy by adding commentary and your personal analysis into articles, as you did at Islam in Spain, you may be blocked from editing. So far as Wikipedia is concerned, they are Muslims Doug Weller talk 18:58, 15 October 2022 (UTC)
- @Doug Weller If you say so then ok I will stop this 'disruptive editing' so I don't get blocked from editing here on Wikipedia but mark my words - Ahmadiyya are not Muslim at all and this is highly offensive to Muslims. PillarOfTheFaith (talk) 19:45, 15 October 2022 (UTC)
- There are also groups we accept as Christian, eg Mormons, that few regular Christians accept as Christian. Doug Weller talk 19:58, 15 October 2022 (UTC)
- @Doug Weller You can't compare this to Mormons. The Ahmadiyya are a completely different religion. They don't even meet the criteria of being Muslim as they reject the Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) as being the Last and Final Messenger, as well as many other things they differ on. The way you're looking at it you could even say Christians and Jews are Muslims! PillarOfTheFaith (talk) 21:34, 15 October 2022 (UTC)
- @PillarOfTheFaith, the issue is not whether we consider someone a Muslim or not: the issue is what is the common name of them and do they exist somewhere, for example in Spain. What the mainstream Muslim sources say about the Ahmadiyyah is always welcome to be included on the Ahmadiyya Islam article with reliable sources. I should however try to reword @Doug Weller, So far as Wikipedia is concerned, the Ahmadiyya are a sect that evolved from within the Muslims and consider themselves to be Muslims but are not approved of by the majority of Muslims but that doesn't change the discourse. Best, ─ The Aafī (talk) 02:12, 16 October 2022 (UTC)

The article Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi IV has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. – dudhhr talk contribs (he/they) 18:51, 18 November 2022 (UTC)

Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution
[edit] Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi III into Draft:Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi IV. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution
. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. [edit]An article you recently created, Rashid Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi IV, is not suitable as written to remain published.
