Re: RR 96
I never removed anything about a shortest match from RR '96. My edit was removing "Shawn Michaels victory in the Royal Rumble match remains the only time in Royal Rumble history, under the 30-entrants format, that a wrestler has drawn a number from 10-20 and emerged the winner." To me, this is strictly trivia, and plus it is uncourced, even the link you provided doesn't source it. Also, good to have you back on a more full-time basis! :) ♥Nici♥Vampire♥Heart♥ 12:25, 3 December 2008 (UTC)
- True, but it looks strange to me without the comma. Besides with all this crap going on about having the dates linked, I don't see the harm in having the comma there. It doesn't screw up the formatting anyway, so *shrugs*. Besides I only change it, while I'm cleaning up the rest of the article. ♥Nici♥Vampire♥Heart♥ 18:46, 5 December 2008 (UTC)
- Well, I do. :) Cheers, ♥Nici♥Vampire♥Heart♥ 18:49, 5 December 2008 (UTC)
Question
Have you ever thought about working on a TNA PPV article?--WillC 22:06, 5 December 2008 (UTC)
- Okay, well the offer is on the table. If you ever feel like it there are around 52 TNA PPV at the moment and I would be proud to work with you on any of them. I'm working on all of the 2008 articles. Ever since you left for the period of time that you could not get on I kind of been the one expanding stuff. I'm not sure if you remember me but you were the one I guess you could say welcomed me. Glad to see you're back.--WillC 22:12, 5 December 2008 (UTC)
- Alright, but just remember the offer is still on the table. I plan to expand all the TNA PPVs to GA or higher. So far I have Lockdown and Sacrifice 08 both GAs, while Lockdown is under FA review and has a good chance at passing. Yeah, around June someone started expanding Slammiversary and I just took it under my own power and kept expanding the article to a point I decided to work on Lockdown and Sacrifice. Eventually I became sort of abscessed with working on the articles. Lockdown is kind of my child, no telling how much work I've done to that thing. Its been through every change the project has done.--WillC 22:21, 5 December 2008 (UTC)
- They play characters. The character names should not be linked, it should be their real name. As per other articles. The only reason the ring name should be linked is if an article is made on the character Christian Cage. It is per the Out of Universe. The articles they direct to are to the person not the character. This discussion was done before at WT:PW.--WillC 15:16, 6 December 2008 (UTC)
- I kind of think reverting back to the old way until it is decided at WT:PW would be best. Not just because I'm a little stubborn but for consistency with the other articles and keep the names actuate since Cage's real name is William and should reflect that instead of his middle name. Also to make sure it is not parenthesis on parenthesis; Tomko (Travis Tomko)) does not look good.--WillC 15:28, 6 December 2008 (UTC)
- There is always the possiblity of making it a dash instead. The Angle Alliance—Kurt Angle, A.J. Styles (Allen Jones), and Tomko (Travis Tomko)--WillC 15:47, 6 December 2008 (UTC)
- Do you know any good editors who work on video games? The Impact game is disgraceful and I've been looking for someone who knows what they are doing to get it to either GA or FA with me.--WillC 16:17, 6 December 2008 (UTC)
- Okay, I'm guessing he is probably from Europe as a result. Thanks. I asked at the video game project talk page if anyone wanted to help me out and I got no responses.--WillC 16:29, 6 December 2008 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free media (Image:Space Invaders Extreme.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:Space Invaders Extreme.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:28, 7 December 2008 (UTC)
Re: Spring Stampede
That's no problem. I was just merging the trivia in the article, and that seemed ike the only relevant piece so I added it to the lead. Though what you say makes sense, so *shrugs* Thanks for letting me know, I appreciate it. ;) ♥Nici♥Vampire♥Heart♥ 17:31, 7 December 2008 (UTC)

Removal of section heading hidden comments
Could you please not remove hidden comments that are placed next to section headings, as you did in this edit, because there is a reason why they are there, see MOS:SECTIONS. Thank you. --Silver Edge (talk) 10:28, 8 December 2008 (UTC)
- Actually, as stated in the link I provided above, it is meant to help if a section heading name is changed, not when the article name is changed (if the article name is changed, the links to the sections of that article will still work). Both of these links go to the "Notable releases" section: 2007 in video gaming#Notable releases and 2007 in video games#Notable releases (a redirect of 2007 in video gaming), but if the section heading name was changed to "Releases", those links would not properly link to the section anymore and would send a reader to the top of the article. --Silver Edge (talk) 03:50, 9 December 2008 (UTC)

Touché. So can you rebut with any good reason why such a trivial detail is necessary? - The New Age Retro Hippie used Ruler! Now, he can figure out the length of things easily. 23:40, 9 December 2008 (UTC)
- TJ, I suggest you or Hippie bring up a discussion on the talk page of the Virtual Console list, or on the Video Game Project (if one isn't made yet, I havent personally checked). Edit warring doesn't solve anything, you should know this TJ: you've been warned about edit warring more than once. RobJ1981 (talk) 05:01, 10 December 2008 (UTC)

Despite repeated edits and a picture of a box with the OFFICIAL name on it you still edit it back. Seems like vandalism to me, so it was completely accurate and appropriate. Thank you. --Deathtrap3000 (talk) 20:53, 12 December 2008 (UTC)
Kaz
Can you fix the Frankie Kazarian article. Get rid of all the Suicide stuff because no one has given a reliable source he is Suicide and plus it is rumored to be him, Amazing Red, or Low Ki. I believe I've violated the 3RR so I'm trying to not get involved in the article anymore.WillC 23:31, 12 December 2008 (UTC)
- Hey, I'm updating the World Heavyweight Chamionship history reign boxes in a sandbox because I'm working on improving the article and a few other title histories, what other templates do you know? One that will work for combined reigns would work great.WillC 19:01, 13 December 2008 (UTC)
- I'm just currently working on the list for the consensus made on the TNA title talk page which I need to archive but going to do it after everything is implemented. The list is here. I'm looking for a template that can put two different dates together for the combined days held section. I don't know of any templates like that.WillC 19:49, 13 December 2008 (UTC)
- That could work as well, though you have to get a decision on it since we should decided on a new list format maybe a month ago.WillC 19:57, 13 December 2008 (UTC)
- I'm talking about adding the extra column of days held when I believe we were to keep the tables separate as they are now.WillC 20:02, 13 December 2008 (UTC)
- I will bring it up, but it seems silly to basically have the same table twice on the page when the only difference is that one features how many days a person held the title. Info that can be displayed in a column. I don't know about you, but the test table I showed you looks good (I only did a couple of them to show you how it will look). TJ Spyke 20:09, 13 December 2008 (UTC)
- I'm talking about adding the extra column of days held when I believe we were to keep the tables separate as they are now.WillC 20:02, 13 December 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah, I agree I like your idea, it can be added to the current format and it will look pretty good. Then we have the problem of the combined reigns held table. I don't know how that can go into the main table or we should just get rid of it. I don't think we should get rid of it but I don't really have any ideas.WillC 20:12, 13 December 2008 (UTC)

Hello Mr. Spike
Hey TJ, I'm currently working on the TNA Frontline's article in my sandbox located Here. Let me know if you could lend a hand when your free. SteelersFan-94 04:53, 14 December 2008 (UTC)

Space Invaders Extreme
This is not a PSP box art. It is a box art that lacks any indicators of platform, which is encouraged by Wikipedia Video game guidelines. There's little difference between the two box arts besides height, and DS box arts cannot be modified to be platform-neutral because of the odd shape of the platform's logo. The modified PSP box art is the right way to go, and I'm lost as to why the box art guidelines don't apply here. - The New Age Retro Hippie used Ruler! Now, he can figure out the length of things easily. 00:46, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
- So what you're saying is that if people can identify the PSP box art as the PSP box art, it hurts the article? Explain to me why the DS cropped boxart, which clearly shows remnants of the DS logo, is not less neutral than one that people may notice is the same width of the PSP box art. And only the utmost fanboyism would ever cause it to be non-neutral, because you basically stated "any hint that it's a PSP box art makes it non-neutral". The next best step to neutrality is "most neutral", which the DS box art, nor your modification, is not. Why shouldn't we use the most neutral box art available? - The New Age Retro Hippie used Ruler! Now, he can figure out the length of things easily. 01:12, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
- And I think you misread the guideline - it says "remove the console's identification". The size of the box is not significant enough of an identification to be factored into that. Your version, however, keeps part of the identification in there. My box art only shows the art on the box, while the DS logo on the side should not be there, but without it, the box's size is completely distorted. But if you leave the excess of the DS logo, it suggests that it's a part of the art. - The New Age Retro Hippie used Ruler! Now, he can figure out the length of things easily. 01:20, 15 December 2008 (UTC)

Hey TJ, remember me? Haha it's been a while though, how you've been? KBW1 21:06, 14 December 2008 (UTC)
Yeah, I've been alright, just really busy. So you still editing WWE? KBW1 08:37, 15 December 2008 (UTC)
- Like what? KBW1 02:43, 16 December 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah me neither. I think if it's a WWE article, their real name has nothing to do with their stage name. But hey, voice your opinion. You know I'll have your back, just like last time. KBW1 03:01, 16 December 2008 (UTC)
- Well I'll try spreading the word. I don't like the idea, so hopefully we can get it done. KBW1 06:50, 18 December 2008 (UTC)
Box Office Mojo
Seems weird, but the news today is that Variety just noticed that Box Office Mojo was acquired by IMDb back in July. Must be a slow news day. :) (I work for Amazon, though not for IMDb, and what I post here does not represent Amazon's opinion.) White 720 (talk) 00:13, 18 December 2008 (UTC)
- I agree. Even Box Office Mojo's About Us page says it in black and white: "Box Office Mojo was acquired by IMDb.com, Inc. in July of 2008." There weren't any press releases about the event or anything, so press outlets were in the dark until someone noticed recently. White 720 (talk) 00:26, 18 December 2008 (UTC)
I have responded to your concern. Could you please revisit it? Gary King (talk) 04:05, 19 December 2008 (UTC)

Look at Super Paper Mario#Reception now. The table has that ugly floating title saying "Reception" which is completely redundant. But here you can see it's gone because "title = | state = plain" was added. I will put this back into the article now, so please don't revert any further. Umm.. definitely not vandalism seing as though last night i was watching it..im kinda upset that i get labeled a vandal even though last night when it came on i posed the question to the talk page aqnd i was told not only did it air last night it had been airing for quite a while...i would greatly appreciate you not labeling my edits vandalism when you are clearly in the wrong...because it wasnt..and seeing as though this is te only other reference to this happening and someone actively responding, this seems to do the trickWrestling observer..not to mention the aforementioned talk page. i know it still airs there because i watched it with my own two eyes...calling someone a vandal is pretty ridiculous.--EmperorofBlackPeopleEverywhere (talk) 03:14, 21 December 2008 (UTC)
- I never added that fact in the first place, i took off city naming but you in fact had no issue until i made the edit in the first place..it was there when i made the mention..i simply wanted it to be left alone..however the only thing that really made me slightly angry was the fact that i was labeled a vandal when that wasn't the case at all..i mean i have made countless beneficial edits and over a small thing that could've been resolved at my talk page, i get labeled a vandal and hit with some unnecessary tag on my talk page? next time something like this comes up i would really just appreciate the simple message on the talk page..not a vandalism tag, because thats not what it was.--EmperorofBlackPeopleEverywhere (talk) 04:50, 21 December 2008 (UTC)

Re:Divas title
That was the FL director. In addition, while you were gone, the FL/A criteria was tightened and became more strict, which is why no championship lists were promoted to FLC, until List of WCW World Tag Team Champions was promoted, see that list for why none of that info is there. Then List of ECW Television Champions and most recently List of WWF Light Heavyweight Champions. The information is trivial and irrelevant because it did not affect the reign itself or the title itself. This is also why the match types have been removed because of their non-notability. Only notable matches, are included in the notes like a Elimination Chamber or Steel Cage, etc.--SRX 01:30, 30 December 2008 (UTC)
- Well things like interference should be added in the PPV articles, not in the title history. Notes are for things that happened to the reign or title, not the match types, interference, play-by-play, weather, etc. The title history lists the history of the title, as to who was champion, and thats it, thats the purpose of them.--SRX 01:39, 30 December 2008 (UTC)
Re:Can you clarify one of your comments?
I would say special guest referees should be noted in cases where they affected the outcome. What I meant by my comment was that there were more important things than real names that I would rather see included in the table. I also think match types should be noted as well. -- Scorpion0422 01:55, 30 December 2008 (UTC)
