Disambiguation link notification for May 4[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Minae Noji, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Sleeping Dogs (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:28, 4 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

June 2018[edit]

Information icon Please do not use styles that are unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in Graham McTavish. There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Do not bypass redirect to sections - see WP:NOTBROKEN Geraldo Perez (talk) 01:05, 17 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Graham McTavish[edit]

Please review WP:NOTBROKEN - FlightTime (open channel) 13:32, 17 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Specifically Shortcuts or redirects to embedded anchors or sections of articles or of Wikipedia's advice pages should never be bypassed, as the anchors or section headings on the page may change over time. Updating one redirect is far more efficient than updating dozens of piped links. Geraldo Perez (talk) 17:26, 17 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

June 2018[edit]

Please stop your disruptive editing.

If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at James Marsters, you may be blocked from editing. You seem to have some kind of campaign against the plain wording of WP:NOTBROKEN about not bypassing valid redirects to sections. You are aware of this and still choose to ignore it. Geraldo Perez (talk) 17:23, 17 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon

Your recent editing history at Graham McTavish shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
Persisting in edit warring to create a violation of guidelines. Geraldo Perez (talk) 17:31, 17 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Notice of Edit warring noticeboard discussion[edit]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

Others vs. others in voice actor filmographies[edit]

Do not specify "Others" as the character role unless the game title lists the role "Others" in the credits. It should be lower case, "Jack, Bob, others" The lower-case "others" implies there are many other roles that aren't additional voices that he has voiced for that title. If all his characters are minor but titled then that's where I have used "Various characters". I've had to clean that up on Travis Willingham filmography. TyMega, you need to stop disrupting the roles listed in Dee Bradley Baker filmography. The credits should only list the character names as to how they are printed in the credits, so Etrigan should be credited as "Jason Blood / Etrigan". Do not add characters that are not verified by BTVA screenshots. If they do not have the green checkmark that go to a screenshot, then don't add the character. They are commented out for that reason. Do not remove links to episodes. Do not place "Various Animals" if the screen credit does not say that. Do not add Additional Voices. AngusWOOF (barksniff) 20:19, 3 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Michelle Ruff's birth date[edit]
