Thank you!!! Raina

Please help. I have contributed previously to today, but there is a bit of confusion. Wikipedia lists me as Please attribute my changes in articles to me -- Raina. U.S.A. Thank you!

Hi, would someone please attribute my previous contributions as to my new current identity, Alien-D (Wikipedia France) Thanks !

Please attribute contributions from this IP address to KRS- if possible all, otherwise specifically the edits of Indian writing in English, Indian Writing in English and Indian architecture 03:45, 15 Oct 2003 (UTC) I should add, till now, because it is possible that someone else will start editing from here in future, though not in the near future:-) 05:08, 15 Oct 2003 (UTC)

Didn't know whether I was supposed to log in or not, so please consider the above as coming from me KRS 03:47, 15 Oct 2003 (UTC)

It's probably better with one logged in and one logged out, otherwise anonymous users would be able to attribute controversial comments to unaware Wikipedians. I'll also make a log of fulfilled requests, to further prevent that eventuality. -- Tim Starling 04:04, Oct 15, 2003 (UTC)
Done, after a minor accident involving this query: "update cur set cur_user_text='KRS' and cur_user=16685 where cur_user_text='' and cur_user=0 limit 6;". Hint to other developers: don't do that. -- Tim Starling 06:23, Oct 15, 2003 (UTC)

Please change the attribution for Norton Juster from this address ( to Scarequotes. Thanks! -- 15:43, 15 Oct 2003 (UTC)

(The duplicate request as a logged-in user.) Please change the attribution for Norton Juster from this address ( to Scarequotes. Thanks! -- Scarequotes 15:44, Oct 15, 2003 (UTC)

I'd like the Concepts and Minor Characters from The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy edit under this IP changed to attribute the edit to my username, LuckyWizard. 14:17, 26 Oct 2003 (UTC)

I concur. LuckyWizard 14:18, 26 Oct 2003 (UTC)

I'd like the fr:Les Ménines edit under this IP ( to attribute the edit to my username or "utilisateur" name : Papotine.

Papotine 15:05, 26 Oct 2003 (UTC) Papotine : 18:50, 27 Oct 2003 (UTC) I'd like to say also that I use Dialup and that my IP changes slightly from day to day to discourage cybercriminals. 18:56, 27 Oct 2003 (UTC)

Same class C is good enough for me. -- Tim Starling 08:23, Oct 30, 2003 (UTC)

I'd like the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial edit under this IP ( changed to attribute the edit to my username, Jredmond. Sorry, connection timed out; I've learned my lesson. -- Jredmond 22:38, 29 Oct 2003 (UTC)

Yes, that's me - is Jredmond. -- 15:46, 31 Oct 2003 (UTC)

Please attribute all edits currently attributed to to me, O. Pen Sauce. My ISP has dynamic IP's, but hopefully this one will be close enough to confirm I'm me!

  • Hi, would someone please attribute my previous contributions as to my current identity, 168...? Thanks...
  • Please change attribution of all articles from to my name when properly logged in, Tempshill. Thanks.
    • Confirmed. Tempshill 06:24, 8 Dec 2003 (UTC)

    • Confirmed again. Tempshill 18:22, 8 Dec 2003 (UTC)
  • This is also a pending request. Please do tell me what is necessary to prove for this being done; Since I deeply believe in fairness, and feel I should not be told I made something illegal when other people do it all the time, I would like to request that I be given back the attribution of an article. I wrote most of the article on Genetically modified food. User:Graft decided half of the article should be to another page, which I disagreed with. Since I disagreed with that move, User:Graft did it himself, under his user name, without any comment about who authored that part, and without any comment on where that content came from. So he now appears to be the principal author of that page. I would like that the initial move appear to have been done by me, not by Graft, or that a comment be added to mention either my name, or more wisely that the comment box indicate the name of the article it originated from perhaps ? The article in question is Trade war over genetically modified food. Graft indicated the move in the original article 20:34, 17 Jun 2003 . . Graft (moving trade war to new article). Thanks in advance. Anthère 4 dec 2003
  • Please have my name changed to LGagnon, with all of my contributions (and watchlist, if possible) switched to that name. My name was not meant to offend, but for safety sake I think it would be best to change it. (Btw, I've already created the username.) -- sofa
    • Yes, I know you've already created the username, that's why I passed you by when I did the two other requests yesterday. The ordinary name change script won't work when the target username already exists. Instead, I've got to work out the best way to do it. I'm pretty sure I can just delete the target username and then run the original script. -- Tim Starling 23:33, Nov 26, 2003 (UTC)
    • I'm sorry if this sounds like I'm nagging, but I made my request about half a month ago and still haven't got it. If there is any trouble with deleting the target name, I could suggest a different one to use. -- sofa 14:57, Dec 13, 2003

I, User:Psychonaut, edited the article on Saskatchewan on 10:34, 28 May 2003 from IP, before I had registered.

And here is my confirmation, now that I'm logged in...

Psychonaut, I'm afraid the IP address used for Saskatchewan ( doesn't match the address you just used to make this request ( Do you still have access to the former ISP? -- Tim Starling 12:29, Jan 22, 2004 (UTC)

Sorry, I don't. I moved from Budapest to Kaiserslautern in August, so I no longer have access to the old Hungarian ISP. --Psychonaut Thu Jan 29 10:26:36 CET 2004

So, like, will I ever get this attribution changed? If it helps at all to prove that it's really me, you can observe my expertise on things Saskatchewanian in my recently-published articles on Colin and Ross Thatcher. How many other Wikipedians using a Hungarian host are likely to have corrected an obscure error in an article on an obscure Canadian province? :) —Psychonaut 22:19, 7 Feb 2004 (UTC)
Sorry Psychonaut, but I haven't got the time to go through everyone's edit history comparing behaviours, trying to judge if they are the same person. All contributions in (up to 23 Feb 2004) were made by Securiger. So were all contributions in However I no longer have access to the .146 address; it's the same proxy, but the ISP changed the address in mid August 2003.

There is one contribution to Mithridates VI of Pontus from this IP ( that should be attributed to User:Chinasaur. -- 07:42, 23 Feb 2004 (UTC)

Correcto! --Chinasaur 07:44, Feb 23, 2004 (UTC)

I request the first edit of Spain (song) to be attributed to the account Fredrik. I wrote it from this school computer without being logged in. I can't confirm this from since the computers use dynamic IPs, but I have now and as you can see, they're from the same subnet, hope that's enough proof :) 12:06, 23 Feb 2004 (UTC)

Please change edits at Dog adoption and Animal shelter from to Elf. (Something odd is going on. I was logged in when I started typing, but apparently by the time I had posted the edits, my login had timed out? So I logged back in, read the procedures which said to log out; so I logged out, but about 5 seconds later as I did *nothing*, it logged me back in! (Tried it twice to be sure). Huh--now it's logged out again?! 03:11, 24 Feb 2004 (UTC) Confirming that it's really me. Elf 03:12, 24 Feb 2004 (UTC)

Please assign all posts from to me, alcarillo. Thank you.

Verifying the above change from to alcarillo; I trust that's all I need do...

Hi, this is, representing Qz.

Qz here, as represented by .

I made a contribution(?) as Please attribute it to log in name:Kagemusha; real name: Dex Gruber I don't know how to link my "user" name either.

Howdy! Could I get my contributions to the CanAm arictle, listed as, changed to my user name Scottanon if at all possible? Thanks!

Would you please change of Secular equation to Jacob grace and delete "secular equation"? Both of them are created by me and they both redirect to Characteristic polynomial. I make the quotation version, "secular equation", wrong title so that I think it is useless. Thank you. 14:05, 23 May 2005 (UTC)
