  •  Clerk note: That's their only overlap and the two editors are otherwise pretty different. My guess is that this was inexperienced recent changes patrolling or something similar (seeing an article turned into a redirect and thinking that it was vandalism). Closing without action. User:Mumtazabdullahahsan1 re-appeared to edit Jamshedpur along with another IP IP:2.90.231.205 also from Riyadh

Same focus on "economy of X" type articles focusing on indian cities, e.g. Draft:Economy_of_Gurgaon. Same use of images to decorate articles rather than add informative content. Similar focus on Jamshedpur, which Weareme234 states on their userpage to be their home city, and was a focus of their previous editing. Similar style of writing, with heavily Indian accented English. All these accounts make heavy use of the "under construction" templates [1], a trait noted in the previous sockpuppet investigation.

To add to what @Arjayay: said below here's another pair of diffs to show that these are the same person. In this edit Indianmuslimuser adds a link to South Park, Jamshedpur, an article that did not exist. That article has just been created by Quetterry. The overlap in editing focus (specifically focusing on Jamshedpur and economy articles), similar editing and writing style and these accounts being created or becoming active after the accounts in the SPI archive were blocked leads me to the conclusion that these are the same person. 86.23.109.101 (talk) 21:27, 14 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Came here to report the same users - I have been tracing these socks for some time- please see User:Arjayay/W sock for the editing patterns
The similarities are blatant to me, especially the similar articles edited, the types of edits made (particularly image sizing and positioning), the idiosyncratic English, the use of under construction templates - New editors rarely correct the formatting of a panorama image with their 3rd edit, or create draft articles with their 5th edit

Update: WIth regards to the climate table, syntax of the parameters is messed up (see this version and version by user Quetterry) (blocked sockpuppet) and wording is exactly the same albeit with random inserting sources (for example , the koppen criteria sourced used failed verification because the cited source mentions nothing about climate at all). When reading the article in more detail and briefly checking the claims, user is simply misuing references because many of these claims are unsourced as many citations don't even talk about the topic and would fail verifability. So many of these claims are not even backed up by the citations provided (e.g. the claim "Because it plays an important role in both the World Wars towards India and other places", i cannot find that claim in the Foreign Policy source. Similarly the claim that "is the largest city in Indian state of Jharkhand and first planned industrial city in India" using The Hindu source never mentions as the first or largest city in Jharkhand; this is improper synthesis and unsoruced information and misusing citations just for making it look like it is cited. Secondly, looks of unreliable sources. Livemint seems questionable, world population review in place of Indian Census data, similar edits to block sockpuppets. The account was created on 16 February. shortly after using the, now blocked, 93.168.76.182 (talk · contribs)
The user page templates include "comes from India", "is a Muslim" and "Jharkhand" as User:Abdullah Ahsan Mumtaz, User:Abdullahmumtazahsan/sandbox and User:Weareme234
The articles edited are the same/similar, bearing in mind that Jamshedpur, Dhanbad and Economy of Ranchi were protected to stop this sock.
Created 2 new Drafts as forks to the articles he can't edit - Draft:Sports in Jamshedpur‎ and Draft:History of Dhanbad city such fork articles are typical, please see User:Arjayay/W sock#Articles created
Other edits include the usual photomontages at Magnitogorsk, Medininagar and Jhansi
‎Economy of Jamshedpur has been edited by User:Abdullah Ahsan Mumtaz, User:Quetterry, User:IndianMuslimUser, User:Abdullahmumtazahsan and User:Weareme234. Electrouser has, instead, edited ‎Talk:Economy of Jamshedpur. His (unsourced) suggested edit includes "Jamshedpur is home to India’s largest, oldest, first and private iron and steel manufacturer which Is Tata Steel, commonly called as TISCO in Jamshedpur.", which can be compared with "Jamshedpur is home to India's first private iron and steel company, which is Tata Steel (commonly called as TISCO in Jamshedpur)." by User:Abdullah Ahsan Mumtaz here

Their first edit was to a user's talk page and its clear they are not a new user (using wiki and file links) [10].
