Feedback begins on March 1, 2008. Voting begins on March 11, 2008. Voting is conducted by naming the five lists (in order) that you feel are most deserving of being recognized as the list of the day. Both voting and feedback continue through the twentieth day of the month. Those who do wish to participate should name the 5 lists that they think are most deserving of being described as List of the Day from the list of candidates. Individuals who have nominated more than 5 lists for a given month may also name a second list of 5 and those nominating more than 10 may name a third list of 5. Please name your selections in order.

The result of the debate was: The Fourth LOTM is List of tallest buildings in Dubai. In the voting, support was shown for a total of 25 list and there are 30 days in April. As a result the top five lists will make two list of the day appearances. Those list are List of tallest buildings in Dubai, as well as (alphabetically) List of Florida birds, List of Meerkat Manor episodes, List of Portuguese monarchs, and List of Presidents of Venezuela. Other April 2008 LOTDs are 2003 NBA draft, 2004 NBA draft, Bill Masterton Memorial Trophy, Godsmack discography, List of areas in the United States National Park System, List of brain tumor patients, List of Canadian federal parliaments, List of gay, lesbian or bisexual people/W-Z, List of Indiana state symbols, List of Naruto episodes (seasons 3-4), List of Oh My Goddess episodes, List of storms in the 2005 Atlantic hurricane season, List of The Simpsons episodes, List of The Unit episodes, List of top-division football clubs in UEFA countries, List of York City F.C. managers, Lists of Michigan Wolverines football receiving leaders, No Doubt discography, Provinces of the Philippines, and Swimming World Swimmers of the Year. It is worth noting that there was a four-way tie for the fifth place spot: Godsmack discography, List of Indiana state symbols, List of Presidents of Venezuela, and Lists of Michigan Wolverines football receiving leaders all recieved one first place vote, but only List of Presidents of Venezuela recieved a first place vote from someone who did not nominate it. Question unanswered from last month:
- A sentence in the intro says: "The historical concept and definition of sexual orientation varies and has changed greatly over time; for example the word "gay" wasn't used to describe sexual orientation until the mid 20th century." I'd like to see an inline source citation (or two) to support that sentence. Indeed, I don't think the word "gay" was used to describe sexual orientation until the 1970s, but I'm not a reliable source. --Orlady (talk) 02:44, 16 February 2008 (UTC)

- Gramatically, parallel structure would dictate that the word album follow all four adjectives or just the last. The first and the last is unacceptable.

- It does not make sense to me that only completed structures are considered buildings. - Well, the occupation buildings that are not yet topped out is fairly rare. The Burj Dubai is over 100 floors now, but the majority of its floors aren't even exteriorly covered, so it isn't near being suitable for occupancy, and probably won't be until it is topped out. Incomplete structures are almost always considered structures and not buildings; this was determined by a ruling from the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat in 1996.
