The Maltipoo (also known as a Moodle or Maltapoo)[1] is a cross-breed/hybrid dog obtained by breeding a Maltese and a toy or Miniature Poodle[2], usually of the Toy or Miniature size class. It is commonly considered to be hypoallergenic, although this has not been scientifically proven. Maltipoos are popular house pets due to their calm natures, wide range of colors, and small sizes. The Maltipoo is prone to separation anxiety.[2] They may be destructive or depressed when seperated from their owners.[2]
