In the section "width and height" somebody wrote milimeters and inches in reverse by mistake, so I changed that. |

The Citroën Ami is a 2-passenger electric Quadricycle developed by the French manufacturer Citroën, produced from 2020 and marketed from June 2020. It was announced as the concept car Ami One. It is named after the original Citroën Ami, which was marketed from 1961 to 1978.
Presentation
The Citroën Ami was unveiled on 27 February 2020 at Paris La Défense Arena[1] and marketed from June 2020 in a unique body color (blue-gray) customizable with stickers. To reduce its price, it is produced in Morocco in the PSA factory in Kenitra.[2]
It is a light motor quadricycle (car "without driving license"), which can be driven without a license for people born before 1988 or from 14 years old on condition of having the AM license - formerly Road Safety Certificate (BSR) - including practical training with 7 hours on the road and therefore limited to 45 km/h.
The Ami can be used for carsharing in the Free2Move network of Groupe PSA, rented or purchased, on the internet or in stores Fnac and Darty with which Citroën has concluded a partnership for the exhibition, sale or rental of the vehicle[3] from 30 March 2020. The vehicle can be picked up at a store, a Citroën dealership or delivered at home.[4]
Technical characteristics
The Ami has a symmetry between its right and left sides. In order to save on the production of bodywork parts by limiting their numbers, these are the same on each profile or as the front bumper is the same as the rear bumper. Thus it benefits from doors with opposite openings, classic for the passenger and antagonistic for the driver, the doors being identical with the hinges on the same side. It measures 2.41 metres in length, 1.39 metres (excluding mirrors) in width and 1.52 metres in height. Its total weight with battery is 485 kg.[5] There are no other doors, making the storage spaces accessible only from the two side doors.
The quadricycle is equipped with an electric motor with a power of 6 kW operating under 48 V.[6] It also receives a lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 5.5 kWh, rechargeable in three hours on a household outlet 220 V, giving it autonomy with a maximum of 70 km.[7]
