The fact that the subject has an article on the Persian Wikipedia does not mean they should have one on the English Wikipedia. Likewise, the fact a subject does not have an article on the Persian Wikipedia does not exclude it from having an article on the English Wikipedia. Wikipedia can not own source a subject. You must find verifiable independent secondary sources which give the subject significant coverage. The links, if included, must be working links to sources. Anything not sourced could be deleted or altered. "But be aware that any verified Wikipedia user can tag pages with quick delete or delete polls or something else. Please restore: Black Cats (band)

I am not sure how to contact you regarding is but here we go - Black Cats is a very important Persian/Iranian band. The information related to this band should be available to English speakers by having the English-language page restored. My guess is that the discussion that happened here - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Black_Cats_(band) - was among non-Iranians with no knowlege of the band and it's significance and influence on Persian pop. Please reach out to me for any information needed to convience you that this band is real and desrves an English page on Wikipedia as I am Persian and consider this band to be my favorite. - Maniravanbakhsh
