December greetings
happy new year |

Latest pics, with an opera discovery and some snow. Today my talk has a DYK that was planned for 22 November, among the recent deaths the author of Duck, Death and the Tulip, and now a choir pic of "our" concert last Sunday, likely to become next year's lead image. Enjoy. Best wishes for the season! --Gerda Arendt (talk) 21:06, 15 December 2022 (UTC)
- Lovely. Hope you have a beautiful holiday season. SusunW (talk) 13:30, 16 December 2022 (UTC)
- I try, not easy with a cough and not knowing if it will diminish enough for singing om Christmas Eve. Enjoy the season, dreaming of peace! --Gerda Arendt (talk) 15:21, 20 December 2022 (UTC)
- Sorry you are sick, Gerda Arendt. We've been battling a severe bug here too. Thankfully the doctor said it wasn't covid or the flu, just a severe cold. I am finally better after a week. I dream of peace every day. I hope you are better sooner rather than later and that you are able to spread love through music on Christmas Eve. SusunW (talk) 15:28, 20 December 2022 (UTC)
- I was back to singing over the last two days! - Today, pictured, the soprano of our choral concert of the year. More in the context: User talk:Gerda Arendt#DYK for Talia Or, in case of interest. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 15:58, 26 December 2022 (UTC)
- So glad you were able to sing for Christmas. SusunW (talk) 16:25, 26 December 2022 (UTC)
- Congrats for your latest GA! --Gerda Arendt (talk) 16:42, 30 December 2022 (UTC)
- Thanks Gerda Arendt. She was fun to do and best of all I worked with ARoseWolf on it to make sure the Alaska and Alaskan Natives parts were correct. SusunW (talk) 18:42, 30 December 2022 (UTC)
- sounds lovely - joping for more friendly collaboration in 2023! --Gerda Arendt (talk) 19:45, 31 December 2022 (UTC)
- Indeed! Happy New Year Gerda Arendt. SusunW (talk) 20:12, 31 December 2022 (UTC)

Susun, you are an incredible human being and I am so thankful we met two years ago. I wish you much peace, love, health and joy for the upcoming year. May you be successful at any endeavor you decide to focus on. You are so appreciated and so valued as an editor and as a friend. -ARoseWolf 15:02, 22 December 2022 (UTC)
