Since late 2005, Viking has operated regular flights to Erbil in Iraq. Viking also operates regular flights from Dublin and Lisbon to Heraklion, and vice versa.

Fleet

The Viking Airlines fleet includes the following aircraft (at May 2007):

Aircraft registrations: SE-RDE, SE-RDF, SE-RDG, SE-RDH. One aircraft is based in the UK. It was flying for Air Scandic in its livery. After Air Scandic's bankruptcy this aircraft continued to fly in the UK for Excel. One aircraft is based in Athens and two are based in Heraklion. For Summer 2006, MD-83 SE-RDH has left the Viking fleet (replaced by SE-RDI) and has joined Greek carrier Sky Wings, operating for Excel in the UK, based at East Midlands airport.
