A pearl necklace is a slang term referring to a sexual act in which a man ejaculates semen on or near the neck, chest or breast of another person. It can be done following mammary intercourse or oral sex. The result is said by some to look like a necklace of pearls because of the stringy translucent white clumps of semen that are deposited there.[2][3] It appeared on the US about 1984.[4]

Alternative slang terms also exist: piss in the dugout and jizz spider.[5][6]

It's one of the activities that prostitutes can use as safe sex alternatives for clients who refuse to wear a condom, since on big breasted women the mammary intercourse feels like actual sex.[1]
