Arnold Chan is a Canadian politician, who was elected to represent the riding of Scarborough—Agincourt in the House of Commons of Canada in the 2014 by-election. Chan is a member of the Liberal Party of Canada.

Chan attended the University of Toronto, earning an undergraduate and two Master's degrees, before obtaining a law degree from the University of British Columbia. Prior to his election, Chan worked as a lawyer and, for a time, as an aide to former Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty.[1][2]
