== Edits on NIT Pages ==

Hi, I am Harsha. I really appreciate you effort in cleaning up pages related to NITs. However, I would like to bring to notice that the locations are not part of university name for NITs with prefixes. Like, the official name of [[Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology Surat]] is actually Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology ([http://svnit.ac.in]) and Surat is just the location and not the part of the name. Removing comma in the name gives a false sense of meaning that the Location is part of the name too. Similar is the case with other NITs like MANIT, MNNIT, VNIT etc. To maintain uniformity and avoid ambiguity, I would be glad if you could undo the related edits. Thanks.

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Autopatrolled

Greetings. Is there a reason you have an autopatrolled icon on your userpage, when the verification tool and the editor contributions tool both show otherwise? Also, you do not appear to have created any articles, which makes me even more confused. I'm guessing there's an explanation for this, but I can't for the life of me figure out what. May I enquire as to why you are not responding to this message, although you've clearly edited Wikipedia in the four days since it was sent? Vanamonde93 (talk) 16:55, 2 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, noticed your edits on Garhwal Express. Wanted to point out that as per Indian Railways website [1], the Garhwal Express runs from Kotdwara not Kotdwar as per your edits. Superfast1111 (talk) 05:03, 2 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Seeing your page above, it seems you are also working on Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly at enwiki. We'll be thankful if you can link the en pages to hi pages through wikidata. We are only 2-3 persons at hi working on this huge project and it is really difficult for us to search related pages on enwiki and link them all. if you can do it even for one state, that'll be a help. Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Manojkhurana (talkcontribs) 04:57, 6 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
