The 2018–19 I-League is the 12th season of the I-League, one of the top Indian professional football leagues, since its establishment in 2007. The regular season began on 26 October 2018 and is scheduled to conclude in March 2019.[1] Unlike the Indian Super League, the I-League will not take a mid-season break during the 2019 AFC Asian Cup.[1]

Minerva Punjab are the defending champions having won the previous season. Real Kashmir were promoted for winning 2017–18 I-League 2nd Division. Churchill Brothers were relegated in 2017–18 I-League season.

However in the Emergency Committee meeting held in New Delhi on 18 September 2018, it was decided to waive the relegation of Churchill Brothers and they were reinstated in I-League.[2]

Positions by round

The following table lists the positions of teams after each week of matches. In order to preserve the chronological evolution, any postponed matches are not included to the round at which they were originally scheduled but added to the full round they were played immediately afterward. If a club from the I League wins the super cup, they will qualify for the AFC Champions League, unless they have already qualified for it through their league position.
