Adaa Khan (born 12 May 1989) is an Indian television actress and model.[2][3][4] She is known for her roles in shows like Behenein, Amrit Manthan,[5][6][7] Piya Basanti Re, Naagin,[8][9][10] Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil,[11] and Vish Ya Amrit: Sitara.[12]

Khan was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra on 12 May 1989.[1] Khan started her career as a model.[14] Then she did several advertisements.[15][16][17]

Khan's mother Parvin died from cancer in March 2013.[18][19]

Career

Khan made her acting debut with Sony India's TV show Palampur Express.[20] In 2010, Khan played the supporting role of Aakashi in Behenein on Star Plus.[21][22] In 2012, Khan was seen as the heroic Rajkumari Amrit Kaur in Life OK's show Amrit Manthan.[23][24] She played a prominent role in the first two seasons of Colors's supernatural show Naagin. She later was a part of Box Cricket League & Comedy Nights Bachao.

She has also done episodic roles in Yeh Hai Aashiqui,[25][26] Crime Patrol, Code Red and Savdhaan India @ 11.[27] She was also part of the reality show Welcome 2 – Baazi Mehmaan Nawazi Ki.

She was slated to play the title character in the supernatural series Daayan[28][29] but she opted out of the project to play the lead in another supernatural series titled Vish Ya Amrit: Sitara[30] which started to air on Colors from 3 December 2018.

In May 2019, she appeared as a guest star in the final few episodes of Naagin 3 as Shesha.
