It is not known what are all time most viewed Wikipedia pages and the data for first years (2001-2007) is fragmentary. Multiyear ranking of most viewed Wikipedia pages (since December 1, 2007 to the present) is the closest we can get to.

Most-viewed pages were detected from earlier lists for shorter periods (named in "See also" below)

Number of views for the pages in these lists were found in Multiyear ranking of Wikipedia pages views, http://wikipediaviews.org/displayviewsformultipleyears.php (this site gives approximate number of views since December 1, 2007).

The undisputed leader is the Main page with 21 billion views. For comparison, Gangnam Style in Youtube has 2.5 billion views. It is not known which pages had led the all-time ranking during the first Wikipedia year, except that by the end of the first month (January 31, 2001) the all-time leader was Usenet cabal.^[1]
