This is an old revision of this page, as edited by Aria1561 (talk | contribs) at 16:16, 20 June 2018 (With several sections that have limited or no sourcing, an excessively long plot section, and overall disorganization, this really can't be a B-class article.). Page notice

Why does this page use British English instead of American or at very least international English? The article itself states that the game takes place in a fictional U.S. state. Sakura Cartelet Talk 22:06, 1 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Sakura Cartelet: The developer, Rockstar North, is based in Scotland. – Rhain 02:06, 2 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Really? Still I don't see why this series seems to get different treatment than others. Fallout a game series made by an US developer doesn't have a banner that only limits it to American English after all. Sakura Cartelet Talk 05:50, 2 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Sakura Cartelet: I'm sure that using American English on the Fallout articles has never led to any contention or discussion, as it's rather straightforward. Grand Theft Auto, on the other hand, has led to several discussions in this regard—as is expected when a game is developed by a British company and published by an American one—but most discussions appeared to have ultimately favoured the developer's nationality. – Rhain 05:59, 2 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Who cares? You can still understand it. CoolSkittle (talk) 20:54, 20 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Big Smoke's order

I'm surprised Big Smoke's order isn't mentioned here as it has become a meme lately, therefore making it popular culture and deserving of a mention. CoolSkittle (talk) 20:53, 20 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

WP:V/WP:RS is the primary concern here, as memes are not usually discussed in popular media; however, if you do happen to find reliable sources depicting the Internet meme as notabile, you may add it to the article, of course. Lordtobi () 10:17, 21 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

PS4 release date missing

I noticed it's not mentioned. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.206.27.83 (talkcontribs) 05:29, 30 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The PS4 version is merely the PS2 game in emulation, the game was not properly ported to the platform, which is why we exclude it. Similarly, PC re-releases of DOS games using DOSBox should also not be included. Lordtobi () 09:19, 30 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Remastered?

What's different/new/removed in the 2015 remaster? SchmuckyTheCat (talk) 11:55, 28 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Enhanced textures, lighting, resolution. Cuts were probably only made to music since licenses expired. Lordtobi () 11:58, 28 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
This needs a definitive answer in the article. SchmuckyTheCat (talk) 12:14, 28 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
See mobile version section. Apart from missing references, all details on the port are present. Lordtobi () 12:46, 28 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
