Image copyright problem with Image:Falloutep.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Falloutep.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

Cool page! What's wrong with that infobox? I can't figure it out. I like it, though Saeb(talkjorn) 12:49, 8 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your comment. I spent most of the time translating the visible text on the page for obvious reasons and wanted to make sure it saved when I went to sleep and went to work but I am back now so I will translate the German infobox code into something that can be recognized on the English page. It should look good in an hour or so. Nicholas0 (talk) 21:14, 8 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Will (band), and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.mindphaser.com/index.php?page_id=87. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.)

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 21:13, 26 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. I appreciate your working on a rewrite of this, but I'm afraid that to avoid copyright issues, content must be rewritten completely in original language. Given your username and the name of the contributor at http://www.mindphaser.com/index.php?page_id=87, I realize it is very possible that you are the original creator, but I'm afraid we are not allowed to use content that has been previously published without external verification of that. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for details.
The article has been blanked to give you an opportunity either to verify that we can use the text (or the close paraphrase of it) or to rewrite it in the temporary space provided for that purpose. It will be revisited by an administrator after about a week to see what additional steps have been taken or may be necessary. If you have any questions about the verification process or the rewriting process, please feel free to come by my talk page. Thanks. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 15:30, 6 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Double Take (2001 film), and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Double Take (film). It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. CorenSearchBot (talk) 16:32, 29 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Copy-paste moves

Please don't try to move a page by copying and pasting the contents into the desired location, as you did by pasting the contents of Double Take (film) into Double Take (2001 film). The new page will not have the full edit history of the old page. Because of Wikipedia's licensing, we need that edit history because it gives credit to all of the people who have edited the page. I am blanking the page and redirecting it to Double Take (film) until a consensus is reached on the proposed move. For more information on moves and copy-pasting, see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and Help:Moving a page. --- cymru lass (hit me up)(background check) 21:50, 29 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Films directed by Geoff Murphy requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, a rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. ttonyb (talk) 23:52, 9 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Did you mean to create a template? If so, contact me on my talk page so I may restore it to the correct namespace. Regards, Airplaneman 01:03, 10 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Re: The Outlaw Josey Wales

You're right, it was not his debut. This spurious fact was added to the lede recently, and I reworded it, without checking the filmography. Thanks for fixing it. ---RepublicanJacobiteThe'FortyFive' 14:11, 19 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Tom Hooper

Hi. I reverted your additions to the {{Tom Hooper}} template. I really can't see any precedent or purpose for mixing up a director's TV and film work into one single navbox; the only reason I can imagine you had done this was maybe because he only has three feature films to his name so far? However, it may be really useful to have a Television directed by Tom Hooper category that could encompass series, serials, miniseries and single episodes. In a few years when his film work grows a film category could be created too. Opinions? Bradley0110 (talk) 22:51, 11 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article Jim Goddard has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Disambiguation link notification for September 14

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Julien Temple, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page You (song) (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Destroid requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Drmies (talk) 04:34, 3 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Nicholas0, and thank you for your contributions!

An article you worked on Carmine de Laurentiis, appears to be directly copied from http://www.mandoisland.de/bilder/schulen/carmine_de_laurentiis.html. Please take a minute to make sure that the text is freely licensed and properly attributed as a reference, otherwise the article may be deleted.

It's entirely possible that this bot made a mistake, so please feel free to remove this notice and the tag it placed on Carmine de Laurentiis if necessary.Template:Z120 MadmanBot (talk) 14:02, 2 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Carmine de Laurentiis

Hello Nicholas0,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Carmine de Laurentiis for deletion, because it seems to be copied from another source.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to rewrite it in your own words, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Tco03displays (talk) 14:55, 2 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of The Revenge of Al Capone, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.lucywho.com/p682058/the-revenge-of-al-capone/.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
