This article lists the presidents of Myanmar (also known as Burma) since the Burmese Declaration of Independence in 1948.
The second section lists the Chairmen of the Burma Socialist Programme Party (BSPP) in 1962–88, then possessing full control over the country and hence de facto representing the executive power.
