Highway 649 is a highway in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It runs from Highway 32 near Lemsford to the Highway 21 / Highway 44 junction near Glidden. Highway 649 is about 47 km (29 mi) long.[1]

Highway 649 crosses the South Saskatchewan River via the Lemsford Ferry.
