Manuel Vitorino Pereira (January 30, 1853 – November 9, 1902) was a Governor of Bahia and a Vice President under Prudente de Morais. As Vice President, he also served as the President of the Senate, Served of President of Brazil During 3 Months .[1]

Vitorino was born in Salvador, Bahia. He was a writer and a physician before entering politics.
