Hitomi Honda (本田仁美, Honda Hitomi, born 6 October 2001) is a Japanese singer and actress. She is a member of the South Korean-Japanese girl group Iz*One after the competition television show Produce 48 and part of the Japanese idol girl group AKB48 Team 8.
Career
Honda auditioned for AKB48's Team 8 in 2014 and was accepted into the group at the age of 12, representing Tochigi Prefecture.[1]
In 2018, Honda participated in reality girl group survival show Produce 48, after placing 9th she became a member of Korean-Japanese idol group Iz*One. She will take a hiatus from AKB48 until her contracts with Iz*One expire in April 2021.[2][3]
