Die Friesen (German; English: The Frisians, West Frisian: Do Fräisen, Low German: De Freesen) is a regionalist political party in the state of Lower Saxony in Germany, seeking to promote the interests of the Frisian minority ethnic group in Germany.[3]

The party seeks self-determination.[4] Their political policies include: the introduction of Low German as a compulsory subject in schools.[5]

Die Friesen is a member of the European Free Alliance.
