Galerías Insurgentes, also known as Centro Comercial Galerías Insurgentes, is a shopping mall in Insurgentes Sur and Parroquia in Mexico City, Mexico.

Background

In 1992, Galerías Insurgentes opened, on the corner of Parroquia and Avenida Insurgentes, as an accompanying shopping center for department store Liverpool. Its design is unequivocally European, as it houses a Louvre type glass pyramid and a towering Longines clock on its facade.[1]
