Nepal's King Gyanendra dissolved parliamen of Nepal in 2002.[1] and on January 15, 2007 a new Interim legislature was formed.[2] The old parliament was elected in 1999. The new interim legislature consists both of members of the old parliament as well as members appointed by an agreement between the Seven Party Alliance and the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist).
