Life Is Beautiful is a 2000 Indian Malayalam drama film written, directed and produced by Fazil. It stars Mohanlal, Samyuktha Varma, and Geetu Mohandas, and features a soundtrack composed by Ouseppachan. The film was released on 14 April 2000.It is remake of Dead Poets Society.
The plot depicts the post-marriage romantic life of a couple—Vinayachandran (Mohanlal) and Sindhu (Varma), their relationship is interfered when Sindhu's sister Bala (Mohandas) arrives in their home and began showing unusual attraction to Vinayachandran.
Plot
Vinayachandran and Sindhu are happily married couple who enjoys romancing. Vinayachandran joins in a teaching job in a college as a lecturer for Plus Two students. In the strict disciplined college, unlike other teachers, Vinayachandran is friendly and conducts an enjoyable class to the students, who instantly attracts them.

Trivia
- The film marked the return of Geethu Mohandas, it was her first adult role after appearing in films as a child artist early in her life.[2]
- On 5 September 2015 on the occasion of Teachers' Day in India, International Business Times included Mohanlal's Vinayachandran in their compilation of seven "Best Teachers in Malayalam Films That You Will Never Forget".[3]
