Michael Braun House, also known as Old Stone House, is a historic home located near Granite Quarry, Rowan County, North Carolina. It was built in 1766, and is a two-story, four bay, stone dwelling with a high water table, interior end chimneys, and a one-story frame kitchen wing. It is believed to be the oldest house in Rowan County, and probably one of the oldest in piedmont North Carolina.[2]
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1971.[1]
