The Pirate Party of Greece (Greek: Κόμμα Πειρατών Ελλάδας) is a political party in Greece. Based on the model of the Swedish Pirate Party, it supports reform of copyright law, the abolition of patents, and respect for privacy.[2]

The Pirate Party of Greece has applied for membership in Pirate Parties International. The application to be voted on by the international general assembly in Prague, on April, 2012.[3]

The party was founded on January 14th, 2012. It was officially recognised on February 10th, 2012, and had 480 members on that date.[4] On May 6th Greek legislative election, 2012 the party managed to present candidates in 31 of the 56 prefectures and secures a 0.51% (32.487) of the total votes.
