Spain entered the Eurovision Song Contest 1994 , held in Dublin , Ireland . Their entry was Alejandro Abad with the song "Ella no es ella " (English: She's not her ). Televisión Española (TVE) used an internal selection to select Abad.
At Eurovision
Abad performed 21st in the running order, following Austria and preceding Hungary . At the close of the voting Abad had received 17 points, placing 18th of 25.
