Thanks for picking this one up Eddie891 Please ping me when you are ready for me to review the comments, as I am hip deep in women's nationality. SusunW (talk) 22:51, 4 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
"and began work at the Board of Economic Warfare" Might benefit from a brief explanation of context
"She completed her bachelor's degree with distinction" I'm unfamiliar with what "with distinction" means -- is it a formal recognition?
Yes, it means she had a high grade point average. According to UC Berkeley's website, it says it is roughly equivalent to cum laude, so I added a link. If that suffices, Done. SusunW (talk) 17:54, 11 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Is it "UC, Santa Cruz" or "UC Santa Cruz"?
Typically if it is the University of California, X there is a comma, but UC X if you are abbreviating. I fixed the one instance with a comma. DoneSusunW (talk) 17:54, 11 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
So whatever happened to her husband?
(He died ;)? Sorry, I couldn't help myself.) It doesn't appear that they ever divorced, both obits call them spouse's but acknowledge the later partner. SusunW (talk) 17:54, 11 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Sources all reliable, nothing really to add-- Really nice work, just some very minor things. Answering my own question about what happened to her husband, I see now "Frantz's husband began a partnership in Palo Alto with Miriam Patchen". Could you maybe clarify this is a romantic partnership (if it is), not work partnership (as I thought initially). Really nicely done. Eddie891TalkWork01:11, 11 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I changed it to read romantic partners in one place and relationship in another. Thank you so much for the review Eddie891. Always a joy to work with you. Let me know if there are any other outstanding issues. SusunW (talk) 17:54, 11 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
