Addition of new judges to "Judges and their categories" section
[edit]This edit request has been answered. Set the |answered= or |ans= parameter to no to reactivate your request. |
With the new judges being confirmed as Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio could they be added alongside a new row for Season Three to the Judges and their categories table. I would've added it but it's protected 109.149.205.185 (talk) 09:53, 21 May 2013 (UTC)
- Not yet, as that table is for when the catergories are revealed --MSalmon (talk) 09:59, 21 May 2013 (UTC)
- Isn't it usually just updated as the judges are revealed. The UK page has Louis Walsh under a Series 10 row on the table, as does the Australian page with Redfoo, Natalie, Ronan and Dannii — Preceding unsigned comment added by 109.149.205.185 (talk) 11:34, 21 May 2013 (UTC)
- No, only when the judges have been given their categories (the UK page has it removed) --MSalmon (talk) 19:57, 21 May 2013 (UTC)
- The list of judges is given elsewhere. That table is specifically to show what their category is and who their finalists are. So until such time as the categories are revealed, the judges do not need to be named there. –anemoneprojectors– 15:40, 22 May 2013 (UTC)
- No, only when the judges have been given their categories (the UK page has it removed) --MSalmon (talk) 19:57, 21 May 2013 (UTC)

- I have removed your request because you included the entire article here, essentially breaking the talk page. Could you be more specific about what you want changed? –anemoneprojectors– 09:53, 24 December 2013 (UTC)

The X Factor (US TV series) → The X Factor (U.S. TV series) – The page was moved by Paine Ellsworth on 19 October 2015 citing WP:DABNAME. However, that guideline applies to disambiguation pages, which this is not, and MOS:US clearly prefers "U.S." – this is also the common convention for disambiguated TV series article names. – nyuszika7h (talk) 12:29, 4 April 2016 (UTC)
- This is a contested technical request (permalink). Philg88 ♦talk 15:12, 4 April 2016 (UTC)
- Moved from WP:RMT
- See also WP:NCTVUS. --IJBall (contribs • talk) 14:11, 4 April 2016 (UTC)
- Strong support as per WP:NCTVUS. Actually, I'd even go with Speedy move. It should never have been moved in the first place. --IJBall (contribs • talk) 15:22, 4 April 2016 (UTC)
- See also requested move discussion initiated on 29 March 2013 above, which ended with this article being (properly) moved to The X Factor (U.S. TV series). --IJBall (contribs • talk) 15:27, 4 April 2016 (UTC)
- Strongly oppose. Those types of abbreviations should be written without dots. Mimi 822 453 233 (talk) 20:39, 4 April 2016 (UTC).
- Note: The account that posted the above was just created today.
- This isn't the place to argue this. You are asking us to ignore a guideline because you don't like it. That's not how it works. The guideline, as well as the previous RM result, are clear on what this outcome should be. Your personal opinion is not relevant to that. --IJBall (contribs • talk) 20:57, 4 April 2016 (UTC)
- Support U.S., per nomination. Randy Kryn 23:11, 4 April 2016 (UTC)
- Support per nom and MOS:US. Unreal7 (talk) 17:26, 6 April 2016 (UTC)
