You have misunderstood the role of an administrator, the manner in which the Wikipedia community is self-governed or some other facet of the situation. Disagreements on Wikipedia are resolved by discussion, in which admins do not have special powers, except the very limited power to assess the outcome of a discussion (not to tell anybody what to do based on their own opinion). We encourage editors to be bold in many cases, but making a contentious change that draws further attention to a deeply unpleasant situation that has left many people here with wounds that are yet to heal is not encouraged. — Bilorv (talk) 19:07, 7 October 2021 (UTC)

I have moved it back to Draft:Umesh Chandra Padala and fixed the tag so that you now own the resubmission.
- If you submit it, it will be declined. None of the cited sources are independent of the topic. They contain no bylines. The first and third are identical except for a PR statement at the end of one, indicating they were written by the subject. The second and fifth were clearly written by the subject, and the last one was published by a PR news outlet. None of these are acceptable sources. ~Anachronist (talk) 21:24, 6 September 2021 (UTC)

If you have any association with Draft:Kolkatar Harry then you must not move it yourself. This sort of activity is what got your colleagues blocked. Don't let that happen to you. - You wait. Or you improve the draft further, because in its current state a reviewer would decline it. The sources consist primarily of announcements about the film, brief coverage, and some interview quotes, nothing significant or in-depth. It would be best to wait for the film to be released, when it would likely get more coverage. Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style. - There you will see a text box where you can customize your signature. For example, your username is apparently Hindi, and seems to translate to "2 up to Pepsi". If you wanted add that to your signature, then in that text box you would add;

Non-notable actor
Hello. Your recent edit to List of Bollywood actors appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline.
Ayan Nayak does not have their OWN article, just a redirect to a TV series which features lots of people, but which does not even mention Ayan Nayak as a member of the cast. Please stop adding their name to lists, as such lists generally require the person to have their OWN article - Arjayay (talk) 14:09, 16 December 2021 (UTC)

- Well, if you thought that this was a viable article with significant coverage, I'm afraid that rather proves my point; none of the sources in the draft offers in-depth coverage, none of them is secondary, and only one is possibly independent – the others are not. Wikipedia guidelines and policies can be complicated. That's why brand-new editors can't create articles in mainspace, and the AfC process exists to give experienced editors a chance to review suggested new articles and help new editors.
- You asked about on my talk page about the press releases in the draft; it looks like you were under the impression that all press releases have a standard disclaimer. That is not the case, but ethical publishers and news services will tell the reader that it is a press release. In Draft:First HelpCare, the press release from IANS is clearly marked as such, by the three publications that ran it: news18.com, National Herald, and Latestly. But even if the sources hadn't been labelled "IANS", you only need to read the first sentence in each of the sources to suspect that it's really the same text – and then it is very easy to confirm that by a spot-check of the rest of the text. You moved the draft to mainspace a couple of minutes after it had been submitted for review, and that is never going to be enough time to determine that a draft is ready for mainspace. It can be sufficient time to see that a draft is obviously not ready – evaluating that it is takes much longer. --bonadea contributions talk 12:59, 21 January 2022 (UTC)
