re: wikipedia loves art

Hi,

Saw your message here... I help coordinate the SF-area meetup group and just sent a message to the local mailing list asking if anyone else wanted to participate in this. It would make a great gathering. Any ideas on what museums would be good to target? -- phoebe / (talk to me) 22:49, 2 January 2009 (UTC)

Campus photography

I was impressed with several of your pictures for the Berkeley campus. May I ask what you shoot with? Are you using a tilt shift lens or are you just super handy with correcting distortion in Photoshop? Madcoverboy (talk) 04:45, 13 January 2009 (UTC)

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Category:Warhammer 40,000 articles that are the target of articles needing to be transwikied, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Category:Warhammer 40,000 articles that are the target of articles needing to be transwikied has been empty for at least four days, and its only content has been links to parent categories. (CSD C1).

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Category:Warhammer 40,000 articles that are the target of articles needing to be transwikied, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. Hello! I am working on an objective alternate to notability in my userspace. Please read User:A Nobody/Inclusion guidelines and offer any suggestions on its talk page, which I will consider for revision purposes. If you do not do so, no worries, but if you wish to help, it is appreciated. Best, --A NobodyMy talk 01:44, 17 February 2009 (UTC)

Death in the Afternoon

Please do not waste time by identifying constructive edits as vandalism. The unnecessary exposition in this article needs removal. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.244.46.160 (talk) 06:23, 24 February 2009 (UTC)

Bevatron

Hi, I seem to be edging towards an edit war with an IP User:79.166.105.190 editor over that Georgios Giolvas edit you also reverted. Am I proceeding correctly? Any advice? Thanks. Wwheaton (talk) 16:30, 29 April 2009 (UTC)

Rollback

After a quick review, I've got absolutely no problem granting you rollback, and have done so. If you haven't already, make sure you're familiar with the relevant guidelines, and specifically be sure to go slow when you first start out with Huggle - be sure to use custom revert summaries if the edit isn't clearly vandalism. Let me know if you have any problems or queries - all the best! ~ mazca talk 20:19, 23 August 2009 (UTC)

Hi! Do you happen to have an svg version (or a layered version) of that map or any of the relevant maps of the Eastern front? I want to translate them for Greek Wikipedia but in png format it is not easy and the outcome would not be any good. Thank you in advance! Regards --Egmontaz talk 18:26, 29 September 2009 (UTC)

Unfortunately I only edited the png version on Wikipedia (probably just compressing it...). I don't have the original, nor a SVG version. --Falcorian (talk) 18:40, 29 September 2009 (UTC)
OK, thank you for the quick answer! --Egmontaz talk —Preceding undated comment added 18:53, 29 September 2009 (UTC).
