Hey ,
So you banned my page- which I worked hard on- because it was a supposed hoax. ChatGPT backs me up, I have multiple credible sources including US governmental online websites- all over a mistype. It was obvious I meant the black bear was the soviet saboteur. I'll add that part in, but bro, don't just needlessly ban something I just made after like 2 seconds of it's creation WikipedianAncientHistorian (talk) 03:18, 5 August 2024 (UTC)
- Hi there - I agree in hindsight that the event described in the article was not a hoax. However, when I came across it the article was worded in a similar way to other hoax/vandalism articles I'd seen, hence the tag. I believe other people have already explained why the page was deleted on your user page, but definitely next time make sure to cite reliable sources in your draft/new articles so it's clear the article's subject is real, and to use more encylopedic wording (ie,neutral point of view, formal tone). :) Apologies for any confusion/frustration! DYK for Sarah Gibson (composer)
On 8 August 2024, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Sarah Gibson (composer), which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that Sarah Gibson, who formed a piano duo with Thomas Kotcheff, composed warp & weft inspired by the art of Miriam Schapiro, to be played today by the BBC Philharmonic at The Proms? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Sarah Gibson (composer). You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Sarah Gibson (composer)), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

Thank you for adding to her article! The topic of my story, like 22 July but with interview and the music to be played today --Gerda Arendt (talk) 21:13, 8 August 2024 (UTC)
On 13 August, Bach's cantata was 300 years old, and the image one. The cantata is an extraordinary piece, using the chorale's text and famous melody more than others in the cycle. It's nice to have not only a recent death, but also this "birthday" on the Main page. And a rainbow in my places. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 14:00, 13 August 2024 (UTC)
