Hello. Your recent edit to University of Ilorin appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. As clearly explained above "a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists" - he does not have an article so he is not eligible for inclusion.

I suggest rewriting the entire article from scratch without using any of his self-published or university/organization published material. If you can construct a bio out of external independent news sources not associated with the subject. Also, does not need to be referred to as Dr. Ogbo per MOS:DOCTOR.

Avoid flowery language that praises the subject, see WP:PEACOCK and WP:WEASEL
