Please do not introduce inappropriate pages, such as Greg Fuller, to Wikipedia. Doing so is considered to be vandalism and is prohibited. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Under section G3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, the page has been nominated for deletion. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hello, I noticed that you may have recently made edits while logged out. Wikipedia's policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow the use of both an account and an IP address by the same person in the same setting and doing so may result in your account being blocked from editing. Additionally, making edits while logged out reveals your IP address, which may allow others to determine your location and identity. If this was not your intention, please remember to log in when editing. Thank you. Jalen Folf (talk) 05:21, 6 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Draft:Hurricane Fabio (2018), a page which you created or substantially contributed to, has been nominated for deletion. Your opinions on the matter are welcome; you may participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Draft:Hurricane Fabio (2018) and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of Draft:Hurricane Fabio (2018) during the discussion but should not remove the miscellany for deletion template from the top of the page; such a removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Jasper Deng (talk) 08:39, 7 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on User:Miggy72 requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section U5 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to consist of writings, information, discussions, and/or activities not closely related to Wikipedia's goals. Please note that Wikipedia is not a free web hosting service. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time.

If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Contested deletion

[edit]

This page should not be speedily deleted because... (your reason here) --Miggy72 (talk)It's my page and its about Hurricane Irma

I have declined the speed deletion request because "This user has made a number of edits to mainspace articles about hurricanes. Information from one of these does not seem "unrelated to Wikipedia" nor to justify a U5 Deletion". However you should be aware that it is not "your page" in an unlimited sense. It is the project's page, as all Wikipedia pages are. WP:OWN applies even to primary user pages. See WP:NOTWEBHOST and WP:UPNOT. Content that looks like a copy of a mainspace article can be confusing, and is not encouraged. I urge you to consider revising the page, at least to adding a statement abiut who you are as an editor above the Irma content. DES (talk)DESiegel Contribs 19:35, 12 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I have removed the Irma content because it could easily be confused with the actual article on the storm. Miggy72, it is imperative that you respond to inquiries about your behavior on your user talk page.--Jasper Deng (talk) 22:40, 12 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Linking to drafts in mainspace

[edit]

Please do not link to drafts from mainspace. Doing so is prohibited by the Manual of Style as drafts are meant to be works in progress, i.e. readers should not be looking at them yet. If you have completed a draft and wish to move it to mainspace, please submit it through Articles for Creation or ask an administrator to assist with the move. ~ KN2731 {talk · contribs} 09:10, 11 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Miggy72's recognized European Countries

[edit]

Hello Miggy72,

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username Lithopsian and it's nice to meet you :-)

I wanted to let you know that I have tagged an article that you started, Miggy72's recognized European Countries for deletion, because the article appears to be about something that you or someone you know personally invented, coined, or discovered, and it does not indicate how or why the subject is important-enough and/or recognized-enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top. If the page is already deleted by the time you come across this message and you wish to retrieve the deleted material, please contact the deleting administrator.

For any further query, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Lithopsian}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

Your draft article, Draft:Hurricane Olaf (2015)

[edit]

Hello, Miggy72. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Hurricane Olaf".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! JMHamo (talk) 08:28, 12 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Fascist Italy

[edit]

Hello, Miggy72. Thank you for being bold with renaming of pages about Fascist Italy, but the new titles you selected are not consistent with Wikipedia's article title policies and guidance, so I have reverted your moves of the disambiguation page. Also, the title of Fascist Italy (1922–1943) was the subject of several recent move discussions, as you can see on its talk page, so it should not be moved without consensus. --R'n'B (call me Russ) 13:45, 28 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not create hoaxes on Wikipedia, as you did at Draft:Imperial Point, Fort Lauderdale. Doing so is considered to be vandalism and is prohibited. If you are interested in how accurate Wikipedia is, a more constructive test method would be to try to find inaccurate statements that are already in Wikipedia—and then to correct them if possible. If you would like to make test edits, please use the sandbox.
