First Football League of Kosovo
Liga e Parë e Futbollit të Kosovës (English: First Football League of Kosovo) is the second division of football in Kosovo. Liga e Parë is organized by the Football Federation of Kosovo and the division currently has a 14-team format. The clubs play each other twice (home and away) during the season for a 26-match schedule. At the end of the season, the three top teams in the division are promoted to the first division of football in Kosovo, Raiffeisen Superliga.

Promotion from Liga e Parë to Raiffeisen Superliga for 2008/2009 season have secured: KF Istogu, KF Ferizaj and KF Ulpiana[2]. In the other direction, relegated to Liga e Parë from Raiffeisen Superliga for 2008/2009 season are: KF Fushë Kosova, KF Shqiponja and KF KEK.
