Paulo Freire Social Justice Charter School is a public charter high school in Chicopee, Massachusetts. Its main focus is the social and emotional well-being of its students.
History
The school was located in Holyoke, Massachusetts from its founding in 2013 until the end of the 2018–19 school year.[1] Moving a town over to the former Pope Francis Catholic High School building in Chicopee in 2019. It is named after the leftist Brazilian educator Paulo Freire.
