Followup - I wanted to thank you for staying engaged and working on the cover photo file summary. I don't think your change of the owner parameter will help much. Per WP:NFCC#4, fair use images require prior publication or wide availability - I could not find where you got this image, and I really looked pretty hard, even using Google Image search. Looking at the file's EXIF information, it appears to have been born, and published purely from Photoshop, so it's not obviously a scan of a CD/CD-EP. Cover images are a common problem, and commonly missing, for download-only singles and EPs. I hope that this "cover" was not "made up" after the fact: Wikipedia is WP:NOT "about something I made up one day."

On the plus side, if the record company or the musical artist, or the EP publisher or distributor ever did post that image, or does post that image on an official website, then that counts as "published", and is our Source, and the URL goes in the source= parameter. If you can dig up a link to it, even a 2007-vintage one, via http://archive.org, then that can be our Source.

All we're asking for is the URL to the place on the web where the image you uploaded was published. Might be best to just upload the photo of the actual CD/EP itself. No big deal. Not "from the same photo session", unless you upload one of those without modification. We can't use unpublished work under fair use, because that's not in the fair use provisions of U.S. law, or Wikipedia policy.
An alternative: If everyone involved with copyright on the photo you uploaded (artist, photographer, agency, everybody) agrees to release it under a free license like CC-BY-SA-3.0, that would be great, but it's unlikely with established artists and their representation. --Lexein (talk) 11:27, 6 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading File:Cover to Tailwind CD.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

I thought the article in its original form looked exactly like the page for Handfuls of Sky, which is why I tagged it, and so I assumed it was just a weird sort of duplicate of the page about Handfuls of Sky.
