Hello

Your report to AIV has been refused. When you're reporting a user, the vandalism must be recent. As the last edit was over a week ago I'm afraid it's now stale and the warning process must start from scratch again.--5 albert square (talk) 01:10, 3 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Re: One of your comments.[edit]

With regard to this comment, which came across as a bit rude and sarcastic, we don't have an official or reliable source for any track listing. No one is "too busy gushing over her to bother to write an article with basic information", because there is no such information. Why would we create a section for the track listing, when there is no track list to put in it? And you must have realised that your comment was rude and sarcastic because you removed it less than one minute later. If you can't be polite to civil, don't write unconstructive comments, because next you might not get someone as tolerable as me. Calvin NaNaNaC'mon! 13:06, 26 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hipgnosis[edit]

I agree that it would be nice to have a space in the Template:Infobox album for cover artists, but that template is blocked and can be edited only by Wikipedia administrators. At the moment, it is not contemplated to add the artist name in the infobox and my adding it in the cover caption space has been edited away a few times. The right procedure is to launch a discussion for your edit request at Template talk:Infobox album and wait for an answer by the admins. To broaden the discussion and add consensus you could propose your changes also at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Albums. I'm willing to support your proposal if and when you make it. A tag has been placed on Template:Fantasy all requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section T3 of the criteria for speedy deletion because it is a deprecated or orphaned template. After seven days, if it is still unused and the speedy deletion tag has not been removed, the template will be deleted.

If the template is intended to be substituted, please feel free to remove the speedy deletion tag and please consider putting a note on the template's page indicating that it must be substituted so as to avoid any future mistakes (<noinclude>{{substituted}}</noinclude>).

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Greetings from WikiProject California![edit]

Welcome to WikiProject California!

I noticed you recently added yourself to our Participants' list, and I wanted to welcome you to our project. Our goal is to facilitate collaboration on California-related articles, and everyone is welcome to join. Here are some suggested activities:

As a member it would be helpful if you would

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask at the project talk page, or feel free to ask me on my talk page.

Again, welcome!  I've fixed your add to the participants. Template:today used to put in the current date, and was now putting up the today show. -Optigan13 (talk) 05:29, 24 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I've tweaked your entry on the participant list diff. I've also changed your comment. But drop me a note on my talk page if that participant list still has issues, if you need any help on these project pages, or if you want me to take a look at any thing. I've been a bit busy in real life and so tend to let things go by on my watchlist. -Optigan13 (talk) 06:14, 13 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Re: SomaTone[edit]

You're welcome. Thanks for the kind words! When creating articles from scratch in your sandbox, you should really move the entire sandbox to the article namespace. However, when expanding existing articles, it's OK to move the sandbox text to the article namespace by cut and paste. Graham87 05:33, 25 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Inherent notability for elementary schools which have been "Blue Ribbon Schools"[edit]

I am contacting you because you participated in either the AFD Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Kennedy Middle School (Cupertino, California) which resulted in a redirect or the deletion review Wikipedia:Deletion review#Kennedy Middle School (Cupertino, California) which resulted in restoration of the article because it was once a "Blue Ribbon School". I have opened a discussion at Wikipedia talk:Notability (organizations and companies)#US elementary schools: Inherent notability: for "Blue Ribbon Schools" as to whether the 5200 schools which have been found awarded the "Blue Ribbon" seal of approval get inherent notability, or if they each have to satisfy WP:ORG via significant coverage in multiple reliable and independent sources. Your input is welcome. Thanks! Edison (talk) 19:25, 7 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
