Revision as of 21:10, 5 July 2020

This list contains the top 20 tweets with the most likes on the social networking platform Twitter; Twitter does not provide an official list but the news media makes lists.[1][2][3][4] As of June 2020, the most liked tweets has over 4.3 million likes and was tweeted by former U.S. president Barack Obama.[5]

List

The following table lists the top 20 most-liked tweets on Twitter, the account that tweeted it, the total number of likes rounded to the nearest hundred thousand, and the date it was originally tweeted. Tweets that have an identical number of likes are ordered with the newest tweet ranked highest. The notes include the details surrounding the tweet.

Two accounts have more than one of the most-liked tweets in the top 20: South Korean band BTS have nine, and former U.S. president Barack Obama has three.
