As often the case, when commuters experience traffic on the I-405 Southbound, a most preferred route to West Los Angeles is through Beverly Glen Boulevard (also known as Tyrone Street on the Ventura Boulevard Intersection). Nevertheless, through out the months of September to July ( when the UCLA campus sessions are active), traffic is at an utmost as it takes approximately 22.5 minutes to drive only 6 miles. During the school year, the best time to travel on Beverly Glenn is between 11:00 AM-2:00 PM. Alternate routes to Beverly Glenn include Benedict Canyon.

On several occasions a male driver in a black Infiniti G37S has been witnessed driving well over the legal speed limit, often times in the opposite lane to bypass traffic.

Beverly Glen is a Bel-Air neighborhood located around Beverly Glen Boulevard north of Sunset Boulevard and south of Mulholland Drive. The area is wealthy, with homes ranging from large gated estates to smaller one story family residences.

The neighborhood of Beverly Glen is located within the zip code of 90210 and 90077. Residents living in Beverly Glen access their homes primarily by use of Beverly Glen Boulevard which is a busy "cut-through" street for commuters between the Century City/Westwood area and the San Fernando Valley.
