The Brownie Anderson Award is a national award for medical education from the Association of American Medical College and Dr. Mirza was the first recipient of this award last year. Submission

Thank you for the review it may just be too soon, I do however think it should have a separate article as it will be a non ministerial department with a huge responsibility and function that is too complex to just squash onto the Competition and Markets Authority or United Kingdom Internal Market Act 2020 page.

My intent was to start it as a stub article which can provide information on what is know so far and then build on it in September when it is due to start operation when all information should be known. I will continue to work on it and instead work on releasing it in on it’s commencement date.

It seems from my time on Wikipedia that it is far more stringent with WP:OR & WP:GNG or WP:NOTE for the topic sources then the sub areas.

I could see from your feedback: "they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject".

I am confused as, at this point, I am not sure whether I did include the reference links in the right place, proofing the info included. I could read and find articles about Michele Ardu on the most important and reliable publications of Italy, Greece and Saudi Arabia as well as official Government Cultural Offices websites. Some of the links I included are from: La Repubblica, La Stampa, TPI and SkyArte which are among the main and most diffused publications in Italy; LIFO, which is the most important and prestigious Newspaper in Greece and ArabNews (the most read Gulf Region newspaper in English). I actually could find more articles about Michele's work also many secondary publications, so I attached a selection of it in the article (they are in both Italian and English language). These publications are SpaghettiMAG, MAGZINE, eNews interview and more. On top of it, Michele Ardu is known to be a National Geograohic contributor in several editions of USA, UK, Brazil, Portugal, Italy, Spain, Germany, France, Netherlands, China, Russia, Indonesia, Traditional Mandarine...), so I attached also those links that show his work.

However, I'd be grateful if you could assist with an issue I have with project: Draft:Candice_Onyeama. Despite Wikipedia stating that drafts aren't indexed and so not available on search engines, I find that the draft I created for the mentioned project comes up on a google search for the subject's name, with all the private discussions, suggestions, declines, etc. Could you help me move it back to a private wiki space, so it's not coming up on the google search or advice me on how to get wiki[edia to hide my draft? Leo Regan draft

Hello there, You have just reviewed and declined a draft I am writing as a wiki entry for Irish filmmaker, writer and photographer Leo Regan and I am not sure why. Regan is an Emmy nominated, BAFTA and Directors Guild award winning documentary maker and photographer who has exhibited at the Victoria and Albert Museum, has been on the judging panel of the country's foremost documentary award, the Grierson and has a solid body of both documentary and drama work to his credit. He is also a respected cameraman and screenwriter. The secondary sources I have added today to the draft of the biography are all that there are, not because Regan is not of interest but because he is an intensely private individual who rarely if ever does interviews or profiles. His work has been reviewed and written about in The Independent, The Guardian, The Times, The Telegraph, the New Statesman, the television industry's Broadcast newspaper and also in publications in his home country, Ireland. His work his also significant in that it tackles issues such as homelessness, drug abuse and mental health. They aren't the easiest documentaries to watch but they are consistently viewed even today. That he is a figure of note is obvious but how to deal with the fact that he is a filmmaker who refuses to do interviews because he wants the work to speak louder than he does? Now that this artist's works have been acquired by major museums and there are 10+ more substantial sources, is there any way to restore the article draft or do I need to start again from scratch? I deleted the first one fron Japanese Wikipedia. Thanks. The other two are from the home pages of still existing institutes for the needy, which were established by Naosaku Takahashi. By the way, as Naosaku Takahashi is a historikal figure (1886-1976), his Website informaton is limited. However, Naosaku Takahashi was an important figure of social work in Japan, during and after the war, WWII. Unfortunately, his writings, including his autobiography, and critical evaluations were published in Japanese only. But I, IyataYada, tried to cite the limited literature which is housed in National Diet Library of Japan; and CiNii of National Institute of Informatics, Japan, for everyone's reference to reach out the original sources. Although he is not a famous in the U.S.A. and other foreign countries, I belive that this English version will help the English speaking people in the Wikipedia community.

I see that you've at least opened my article, which I stupidly titled "Dr. Ellizabeth 'Betty' Hayes" (two Ls in Elizabeth) as I submitted it to Articles for Creation. Some questions:

a) Do you plan to review it soon? I was alarmed after I pressed the submit button and saw that wait times are as much as four months. Also, I just noticed that when my first article was approved four years ago, Wiki wrote me indicating that I don't have to submit further articles to Articles for Creation. Since you've probably got lots on your plate already—I see the tremendous number of articles you've reviewed—would you consider sending it back to me and telling me how to post it without review? Of course, I'd love to have your feedback, but if it's not necessary, I'm wasting your valuable time.

b) Also I need to know how to fix the name of the page, which I suppose should be just Dr. Elizabeth Hayes (one l, no "Betty") to match my text. I'd appreciate your thoughts on that unless you think I should post my question on the help page.

c) I have a photo, which I believe is now free. (It's a high-res scan from a 75-year-old magazine named Salute, which changed hands decades ago. The current publisher of Salute said his company does not hold the copyright for anything published in a 1946 issue.) I need to make my case that it's copyright-free. Should I ask the help people about this?

Draft:Oghalé Alex Ogbaudu

Hey! How are you doing? I just wanted to drop a message to get a few insights in regards to the draft on Oghalé. I came across the draft while editing other articles this morning. I saw that Oghalé had specified the conflict of interest so I decided to take a look. I was able to verify the sources and that they were credible. The National Portrait Gallery is a prestigious honour here in the UK. I checked for all the things that were listed as potential issues and addressed them. One of the most recent comments for the draft being declined mentioned that two of the sources were written by Oghalé himself. But I opened those sources and one of the states that it is written by the Editorial Director of the magazine Stephanie Wade. The other is directly from the National Portrait Gallery website and was written by Exhibition Director, Andy Horn. The tone of the writing in the draft is consistent with not only the other articles that are published here on Wikipedia, but also matches the tone of what is written in the articles. Here is an example (Nadine Ijewere). That article which is published in a similar fashion has even fewer sources.

I do not mean to come off as rude and I hope I have not done so priorly. I just wanted to ask you some of these questions and see if I could get your insight and perhaps re-review of the draft.

Thanks for your comment! Actually, the content in the section titled "Main components" was retrieved from the 4th reference, which I cited in the picture's caption. I noticed that when I added the reference which has already existed, the draft still displays the reference as a new one. Therefore, I did not add any new references. I'm not used to Wikipedia editing. Could you please guide me on how to improve the paper?

Hello!

Thanks for taking the time to look at the draft and reviewing it. I was just curious as to what more could be done to get the draft approved. I could debate that he goes under the following:

"1. The person is regarded as an important figure or is widely cited by peers or successors."

He is recognized by his peers Arman and Venet in the draft and is recognized by art critics I mentioned as well and known in multiple countries which I believe is enough. I have seen other artists on wikipedia who have less references but somehow end up getting approved so I'm just a little confused. Thank you again for any feedback. I represent Mr. Perez, and have been working on his article page here on Wikipedia for 1-2 years now.

I received the notification that all of the hard work put into this might finally go to waste.

You accepted his page and now are asking for it to be deleted.

Roman is a public figure. He is verified on social media, and has all the credentials to be here on Wikipedia.

The guidelines for Notability sports person specifically says- American Basketball Association which is the ABA. Perez has played with 3 teams (bronx holy flames, team innovation and the harlem underdogs from 2013-19. Unfortunately those franchises have folded so their websites are not up for me to add on Wikipedia.

Please take into consideration that he is notable. He has many articles on google and deserves a chance to be here.

Unacceptable draft becomes instant article

Draft:Gopinath Ravi was multiply declined and a discussion took place with the creator here, whereupon, this morning, they pasted the draft material into an eponymous article, which awaits review. Given this history, I'd like to try a speedy deletion. I've never done this before, and am not sure whether lack of notability is a sufficient criterion for speedying. Would PROD be more appropriate? Afripedia and Afripedia Project are different topics

You have rejected the draft article and suggested I merge it with an already existing article: Afripedia Project. However, the subject of the article Afripedia I submitted and the already existing article Afripedia Project are not the same.

The already existing article Afripedia Project is an initiative organised by Wikimédia France, Institut Français, and the Agence universitaire de la Francophonie and "aims to expand offline Wikipedia access in French-speaking Africa, and encourage Africans to contribute to Wikipedia".

The Afripedia article I have suggested is a completely other initiative, a documentary series, as well as a platform that aims to bridge the gap of employment of diverse talents in creative industries across the globe. It is also run by different people and it is an active project, 2010-now, unlike the Afripedia Project.

Krilo Shipping Company

Hi Theroadislong, thank you for you review of Articles for creation: Krilo Shipping Company. I created the wiki article to connect it via languages. The original wiki article is on Croatian language.

The submission was declined as it appeared to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Im reaching out to ask for your help on how to create articles on other languages and that they dont appear like an advertisement.

Each and every sentence of your draft contains promotional puffery, "leading provider", "receivable solutions", " largest and most respected", " amazing people and great technology.", "solutions span multiple industries" etc etc, See WP:SOLUTIONS and please note that other poor articles existing is not a good argument.
