Jimmy Two-Shoes (known in parts of Europe as Jimmy Cool) is a Canadian animated television series. It airs on Disney XD in the United Kingdom, Teletoon in Canada,and Disney XD in the USA. The series centers around the exploits of the happy-go-lucky titular character Jimmy, who lives in Miseryville, a miserable town filled with monsters and demons.

Characters

Main Characters

James "Jimmy" Two-Shoes (Cory Doran) - The eponymous Protagonist. He is a perpetually optimistic, thrill-seeking 14-year-old boy. He has a mission to spread happiness to Miseryville which makes him a source irritation to Lucius Heinous VII who Jimmy nicknames "Lucy". He is often seen doing extreme activities despite Heloise's warnings. Jimmy has blonde hair wears a green shirt and blue pants. He often acts before he thinks. Jimmy is also clueless to the fact that Heloise has a crush on him- even when she tries to make it obvious, somewhat due to the fact that whenever she tries to do something nice, it always backfires and turns to an evil plan. It is shown to be almost impossible to get him upset (some of the only things that make him upset are butterscotch and pickles), and he is rather ignorant of the faults in others. Jimmy and Heloise appear as the only actual "humans" in Miseryville. He also owns a pet monster named Cerbee, whose demeanor is very similar to that of a dog (in fact, the characters always refer to Cerbee as a dog). Jimmy lived somewhere besides Miseryville and somehow ended up there through a series of events, as he mentions snow to Beezy and Heloise, both of whom are clueless about it, as it had never snowed in Miseryville before. Jimmy also didn't know grounded in Miseryville literally means being buried to the head up. Jimmy lives in his own house between Beezey's and Heloise's. He does not appear to attend school. Jimmy's and Heloise's parents are never mentioned in the show and also never appear. He is a fan of Runny and the Nosebleeds.

Beezy J. Heinous (Brian Froud) - Jimmy's best friend, a giant, red, devil-like monster. He is the clueless and somewhat lazy teenage son of Lucius Heinous the Seventh. He would rather hang out with Jimmy and Heloise than spread misery, much to his father's dismay. Because of this, he has an estranged relationship with his father. He is frequently seen lying on a couch, even outdoors, and constantly uses the phrase "No you are!". Beezy doesen't exactly like Heloise and often pretends to accidentally hit her. He is also known to pee sitting down. When dressing for a formal event, he adds a white collar with a black bow-tie and white cuffs to his regular clothing. He is a fan of Runny and the Nosebleeds. His name is probably derived from Beelzebub.

Heloise (Tabitha St. Germain) - A super-intelligent yet destructive small girl. She is seen as a mad scientist who enjoys spreading chaos wherever she goes though she has the appearance of a diminutive, sweet little girl with brown hair and teal eyes. She wears a crimson gown, even when at the beach and has been occasionally seen wearing glasses. She wears her hair in a pony-tail style and has a scar on her forehead. She apparently does not attend school. She works for Lucius as Miseryville Inc.'s top inventor by creating despair-inducing products for the company. She is also tactless, self-centered, and sadistic and apparently hates almost everyone she comes in contact with shown when she tied up and dug a grave for a random civilian. However, she does have feelings, proven by the fact that she likes Jimmy. She has a hair-trigger, violent temper. She has a crush on Jimmy but doesn't particularly care for either Beezy or Cerbee, tolerating them (barely) mainly because of her fondness for Jimmy. In 'Fused Together' she has a shrine dedicated to Jimmy in a small room hidden behind a cabinet. She is also shown to envy other girls who come in contact with Jimmy like when she thought Jez and Jimmy were dating when really he was helping Lucius. Her age is unclear; she is considerably smaller than Jimmy, but she is hyper-intelligent and has a job, so she may simply be petite. It is supposed that she may be around the same age as Jimmy and Beezy, but that cannot be proven. She does not engage in any 'normal' activity that might indicate her age. She seems to be able to take out peoples brains with ease like in the episode "Fused together" when Dorkus see's her Jimmy shrine she quickly removes the part of his brain that rememberd it and through it away leaving Dorkus with no memory of what he saw. Being nice is impossible for her, no matter how hard she tries, which usually lasts 5–10 minutes, because the evil side of her always wins over. She is generally in her best mood if she is spending time with Jimmy, particularly if they are alone; however, she can quickly lose her temper if someone intrudes, if Jimmy fails to pick up on her affections, or anything that annoys her at all occurs. In one point, however, she sometimes wonders why she likes him. She seems to be a lifetime resident of Miseryville, as she is completely clueless when Jimmy mentions snow. She is shown to have issues with ghosts. She is a fan of Runny and the Nosebleeds. Her name could possibly be derived from the word Hell.

Lucius Heinous the Seventh (Sean Cullen) - The tyrant ruler of Miseryville. He resembles a devil-like creature having red skin and horns, and is also the father of Beezy J. Heinous's. He has great contempt for his archenemy Jimmy, because of his happy-go-lucky attitude which often acts a foil to his plots to make the town even more miserable. He resembles the stereotypical villain as he is cold, malevolent, narcissistic, and self-serving. He has a son, Beezy, who rebels against his wishes, which he blames Jimmy for. He also has a girlfriend named Jez who resembles a blue, humanoid cat. He's an idiot when it comes to making new, miserable ideas and relies on Heloise's inventions, which he inevitably takes credit for; if something goes wrong, of course, he is quick to blame Heloise. However, in "There's Always a Hiccup" he was able to design a dinosaur that terrorizes kids. He is also very short and is an egomaniac which shows he has a Napoleon complex. His name is probably derived from Lucifer.

Samy Garvin (Dwayne Hill) - Lucius's assistant who has dreams of stardom and fame. He is rather timid and weak and is often verbally abused by his boss. He resembles a short, goblin creature. In "Pop-Sicles" it is revealed that he also worked for Lucius' father, Lucius Heinous the Sixth for at least 87 years. He speaks with a lisp.

Secondary Characters

Jez (Valerie Buhagiar) - Lucius's girlfriend who resembles a tall, blue anthropomorphic creature who has interchangeable noses. She is very selfish and spoiled, and often breaks up or threatens to break up with Lucius if he is unable to please her (an act which is near impossible as she is shown to be very picky). She lives in a white mansion and has a dog named Jasmeen, who once fell in love with Jimmy's dog, Cerbee.

Cerbee - Jimmy's loyal but naughty pet. He is a green, dog-like monster that is supposed to resemble a head of cerberus (hence the name). He loves to eat anything.He seems have a lot of energy this is shown in "Monster Mut" when heloise shoots several tranqulizers into him and shows no signs of being tired. He once fell in love with Jez's dog, Jasmeen.

Saffi (Sunday Muse) - Beezy's girlfriend, an orange, one-eyed, monster-like creature. She usually doesn't say many words aside from 'crush', 'yogurt', and 'smoothy-smooth', but she can talk. She had a hatred of statues and will destroy any she sees. In fact, the only sentence she spoke in the first episode was, "No, I just hate statues." In "Butley Did It", she also said 'scratchy, scratchy' multiple times. Also, in "I Married a Weavil" she says the words, "I don't mind." She might appear in the season 2 theme song along with Jasper.

General Molitov- A tan monster with pointy ears and a strong build. He works for Lucius and has a young son, a baby daughter, and a wife that intimidates him. In 'A Hair-Brained Idea' he explodes when Jimmy forces him to eat too many cookies (Yet seems to be fine in later episodes). He speaks with a Russian accent.

Molitov's Wife- The wife of General Molitov. She is a yellow monster. She seems to be quite bossy and strict.

Tori- He is the son of General molitov. He gets great enjoyment out of making her little sister spew. In the episode "Baby Boom" he listens to a Runny and the nose bleed song and instantly becomes a fan of them.

Baby Blamo- She is General Molitovs baby daughter. She is a very cute and small baby who spews when something makes her happy.

Dorkus- He is a small white creature and is Heloise's assistant. He wears a pair of one lensed glasses and a suit. He seems to be an inventor, except his products aren't as practical as Heloise's. In 'Power Squid and Spaghetti Beezy' it appears that Heloise has a cupboard filled with more of him.

Locations

Miseryville Is the miserable town under the control of Lucius Heinous the Seventh. Miseryville has a red sky and three suns. It's inhabitants are mostly monsters except for Jimmy and Heloise who are pretty much the only humans their. Lucius's factory over shadows the town. It seems as though the all of the lakes and other places that should contain water contain lava but the characters seem to be able to swim in it anyway.
