Partial support – This is an appropriate change for most, but not all, of these categories. For the X international footballers categories, it is correct to use the name of the country, rather than the demonym; we're naming the national team they represented, not describing their nationality. At a quick glance, I think there are also a few "Guam topics" as opposed to "Guamanian people" categories that have been swept up in this long list and may need further consideration. Propose splitting Category:Sugar substitutes to Category:Sugar substitutes and Category:Sweeteners

Nominator's rationale: There is a fundamental problem here. The article on sugar substitutes uses that name even though many sweeteners are high in sugar and thus are replacing just "table sugar", while others are 0 calorie sweeteners or very low in sugar and some are naturally occurring while others are artificial. Nominator's rationale: Both the articles are at Metropolitan Borough of Knowsley and Metropolitan Borough of Sefton. There is no evidence that the categories are also for the village (they aren't in the vilage category). Both Knowsley and Sefton have other meanings outside Merseyside and there is also a ward. The categores might be eligible for speedy renaming however we appear to generally use "Foo Borough" for categories, see Category:Metropolitan boroughs, see Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/Log/2014 April 30#Greater Manchester Metropolitan Boroughs, however this isn't the case for the corresponding Common categories. Alternate Renames to Category:Metropolitan Borough of Knowsley and Category:Metropolitan Borough of Sefton to match the main articles, Metropolitan Borough of Knowsley and Metropolitan Borough of Sefton respectively.
