Why you removed the eduts I did in SKBM Degree College Wikipedia page?

Basarab the First article

Regarding the Basarab the first article. Why are there very controversial theories being portrayed as "absolute truths"; by using the verb "IS", instead of something like "maybe" or at least "according to...". It's very UNPROFESSIONAL! I will add the reference. I'm a bit of a newcomer and didn't know it's absolutely essential to add citations. sadfasdfsdafsdafsdsdf sdafasdfsdfsdafasdfsdaf

Hi Sir @Materialscientist- the article Pahari people (Kashmir) under editing is away from the ground facts. A Goverment of Jammu and Kashmir department working for Pahari Speaking People of the area refers them as linguitic group on official website. Link peasted as citation but the article in question is saying that this is an ethinic group which is not correct. It looks that a major contributor to this article appears to have a close connection with its subject/ community which is making this article onesided.May please see.

IP has now created an account

Hi MS. As per my previous message, it would appear the same IP has now created an account to make the same disruptive edits (IP edit vs Teminater edit). The matching pipe-linked edit summaries are also a bit of a giveaway as well as the articles being edited. Could I ask you to take a look please? Robvanvee 10:58, 1 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Man, your block log is even fatter than mine and has two recent vandalism blocks! I have a prideful reference to my blocks at the top of my userpage; maybe that would be something for you? Even though you don't have a gold-star block like this one of mine. Bishonen | tålk 16:17, 1 November 2020 (UTC).[reply]
Seriously, I notice the last three times you've been blocked, the blocker was yourself. Do you have some script where clicking the wrong button blocks you rather than your target? Or is it simply something you are doing to make us all chuckle? Tarl N. (discuss) 21:22, 1 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
It is not a script, it is an advanced program called WP:HG, which often mishandles realtime reverts and substitutes the vandalising user with the reverting user. Most often this reverting user is myself, hence the blocks :-). Luckily Wikimedia allows me to rescue myself ;-). Materialscientist (talk) 10:11, 2 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Range block?

Hello, Materialscientist! At the talk page of Sasha Banks, you blocked a disruptive IP, 41.45.127.142. Another IP in the same general range, 41.45.113.9, promptly started disrupting. Would a rangeblock be possible? If it is, I’d prefer that to protecting the talk page as requested at RFPP. Thanks. -- MelanieN (talk) 01:20, 2 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Rangeblocking or semiprotrotecting is technically possible, but there is not enough disruption for either action. Post something here if the situation escalates. Materialscientist (talk) 09:11, 2 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Question about edits on hip hop feminism article

hey, Materialscientist, i saw you reverted my edits on the lead section of the hip hop feminism article here: Hip-hop feminism. i shortened the lead section to better reflect what hip hop feminism is an a type of black feminism in the lead section rather than opening on what a hip hop feminist (the person who studies/or is a hip hop feminism). although you said this edit was unconstructive, i was wondering could you suggest what would be a more constructive edit to improve the article. Hi Material,

I've re-created Anveshi Jain, both as I felt that G4 applies more strictly to genuinely deleted articles but also that, in such a borderline case, there were benefits to its existence in an AfD.

Nightfury indicated that they'd talked to you and you were okay with it being re-created without further discussion if an admin felt it should - apologies if this was a poor reading - I'm happy to discuss it further if so. Nosebagbear (talk) 13:44, 3 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks and suggestion regarding persistent disruptive editor

Thanks for cleaning up after and putting a block on 2603:6080:e01::/64 (talk · contribs · WHOIS). This is a persistent user who disruptively edits on two very specific topics...sister city pairings and children's TV shows. For reference, there are two previous ANI discussions about this user here and here. I see they also made another disruptive edit yesterday from 98.122.148.179 (talk · contribs · WHOIS), which had previously had a temp block on it. I'd like to suggest a longer block on 2603:6080:e01::/64 than the 60 hours you put on it, and a fresh block on 98.122.148.179. This person has engaged in this behavior over a period of almost four months now, refuses to respond to talk page messages, and is undeterred by IP blocks once they're able to move to a new IP or the blocks expire, so I'm not sure what else can be done. Thanks again. WildCowboy (talk) 17:11, 4 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Materialscientist,

I would write my question there, but the users involved just commented on my talk page directly above. So they would read the conversation too and it would be hard to ask for admin help without them seeing why I was trying to get admin help for incivility. I tried leaving several incivility warnings already. So it might start more drama if it is on my talk page. Please advise. I can write on ANI boards if preferred? Dear Materialscientist, Thank you for keeping a close watch for vandalism and the like. Could you please have another look at the edits that I made (on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pomphorhynchus_laevis). Specifically, see that in the current, reverted version, reference 2 and 6 are the same. So are 3 and 7. There are a few other of such 'mistakes' in the references. Edits to Open Student Television Network

The information that was on this article was not factually correct.

First, I traced down the management team of OSTN by checking: https://web.archive.org/web/20101004195545/http://www.ostn.tv:80/OSTNWebsite/OSTNhome/ManagementTeam.html

It is incorrect that Shane Walker is the only "Key People".

After talking with Paul, Anthony and Rick I confirmed that Shane Walker was not offered a merger with OSTN. This is hearsay. I was told the reality was that Shane Walker's The University Network (TUN) ran out of money. He relocated to Ohio and joined OSTN as an employee.

Chi's Sweet Home

Both of my edits to Chi's Sweet Home fixes the original Japanese names of the episodes, adding some of the original Japanese names, the transliteration of original Japanese names, as well as missing original air dates. If you need a source for the names and dates, AnimeNewsNetworkprovides citation. It would be greatly appreciated if you could please take another look at them, at least the ones made further down the list. Thank you.

Neilia Hunter

Hello Materialscientist, I note the Neilia Hunter article has been protected due to people vandalising it in the past few minutes inserting the word "retard" etc which is of course the best decision; just prior to this I had made this edit- https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Neilia_Hunter&type=revision&diff=987527843&oldid=987482657 - on the grounds that "educator" in the lead seems an unnecessary prettying-up of the fact that she was- as the linked article is titled and her own article makes clear, "a school teacher". Is there any other compelling reason for the use of "educator" over "teacher"? Online sources seem vague with regard to distinctions between the two, to say the least, with a suggestion that "educator" carries more of a sense of nobility and dedication to one's occupation than perhaps "teacher" bears. Whether this is justified in Neilia Hunter's own case I hesitate to consider, knowing nothing of her career.

Also, I had removed a statement- "Biden later garnered controversy by making incorrect allegations that the truck’s driver, Curtis Dunn, who died in 1999, was drunk at the time" recently discussed at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Joe_Biden#Inaccurate_statements_about_first_wife%E2%80%99s_accident and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Joe_Biden/Archive_13#Deaths_of_family, where- taking into consideration the analysis here- https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/biden-lie-wife-killed-drunk-driver (Snopes being, per https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Reliable_sources/Perennial_sources, "generally reliable" as a source)- the consensus appears to have been both that the element "Biden later garnered controversy" is unnecessarily loaded language that ought not to be included, and that a lack of emphasis in mainstream sources placed on the subject of the statement leads to a conclusion of WP:UNDUE. Naturally you may disagree with all of the above and (not being American, a Biden supporter [or opponent], or in any meaningful sense involved in the subject) since I don't have a horse in the race, I'm not really invested in making a huge deal out of it, but just wanted to account for the change made lest you consider it to have constituted part of the vandalism necessitating protection of the article. Franco-canadians are people people with french (from France, not from Canada) and and Canadian origin. For instance, a guy with a father form Paris and a mother from Toronto is a franco-canadian. French-canadians, Acadians ans Métis are not (or at least very rarely) designated by the term franco-canadian since the french (from France) originins are so remote

Frankly, I don't understand why Chinese was added there before, so I understand why 60.51.150.128 is removing it and adding names in a truly national language. The user Giolocam (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) has made his Wikipedia account just to boost up Italian data while using sources that don't match these edits or simply removing other sources. I have been editing this page over the past year and I remember some different Italian IPs/users doing the same, that's why the page got semi-protected but it seems new users are able to edit this page again. I don't know if this guy is the same person, but the only edits he has made in Wikipedia are in the same page, putting up the same unsourced boosted up numbers while deleting useful changes. Just check the history of List of European countries by average wage (edit | talk | history | links | watch | logs) to see what's happening there. --Pfarla (talk) 14:40, 10 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

A Spanish has a net wage lower than an Italian. Pfarla (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) is trying to vandalize setting not reliable or not official sources about Italy.I set only OECD and ISTAT sources that are the only official ones. You can check it also in the article List of countries by average wage 2018. Please stop him. People laugh reading about it. I'm bored to correct his Spanish propaganda, or vandalism as you like more. Giolocam (talk) 17:25, 10 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Somebody (a Spanish IP with a perfect timing with Pfarla (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) ) just some hours ago vandalized in pro Spanish way the article List of countries by average wage. Please have a look at it. @Giolocam: You've made your Wikipedia account just to edit the page List of European countries by average wage boosting up Italian data as you were doing priorly with other IPs before the page got semi-protected. Now I can say it's clearly you because you write in the same way and you use the same unverifiable numbers. 2A02:2F0E:117:F400:2007:2401:6477:844 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) , 2A02:2F0E:419:2100:A89B:2504:BBE:E6F4 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) , 2A02:2F0E:419:2100:E1CA:149F:250D:272A (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log)
I have also deleted the edits you have done in the page List of countries by average wage (edit | talk | history | links | watch | logs) because you are literally removing the proper order (by official data) just to boost up Italy in a higher place, as verifiable in the edit 988093606
The edits you do in the page List of European countries by average wage (edit | talk | history | links | watch | logs) don't match any of your data because both OECD and ISTAT sources show gross data, net wages can be only calculated with online "calculate your net wage" websites such as you were saying in the edits when you didn't have an account, and a 2.400 gross wage in Italy is not 2.000 net but barely above 1.700 , lets cite all 3 sources: OECD gross source ISTAT Net wage calculator
You are now removing official data such as ISTAT and the net wage calculator just to remove my edits (which correct your fake data) saying you're "reverting my vandalism" for putting proper data. Proof, edit 988093758 I directly came to warn an administrator not because of the edit war you have made with invented data, but because your account has been made just to edit specific edits, just as proven above. It's also worth to notice that a new account came to my profile saying I'm involved in an "edit war"because I am correcting invented data that match 0 sources from a Wiki account that has only edited the same article, boosting up Italian data.

@Materialscientist: can you please take action? This user won't stop with his disruptive edits. --Pfarla (talk) 01:20, 11 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Materialscientist: Pfarla posted not official sources by private agencies .The only valid sources are OECD and ISTAT ones. He also vandalized List of countries by average wage that i restored. The rest is his creativity derivided may be from Spanish complexes towards Italy. Sorry to write, but time to BAN HIM!Giolocam (talk) 01:28, 11 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

After what I have proven above I guess I have nothing else to say. This user's only actions are accusation, I have warned him in his talk page and instead of replying anything, he came to mock and copypaste the same in my edit page he has also broken the Wikipedia:Three-revert rule in the page List of European countries by average wage so I guess I have to make a report because this user won't stop making his disruptive edits as he's trolling right now over this issue, just as he has proven making that copypaste in my talk page. --Pfarla (talk) 01:41, 11 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Pfarla reverted several times in few hours too. Time to be banned. May be he is technically better than me in using Wikipedia because i'm new one , but he sets not correct sources with wrong numbers.Giolocam (talk) 01:46, 11 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Administrator odered us to solve the situation but he doesn't seem able to do that.Giolocam (talk) 02:19, 11 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Giolocam: what situation do you want to solve? Coming to troll my profile with a copypaste regarding the warning I gave you like in the edit 988096613? Or maybe after I explained everything in this talk page with all of the sources, but you have replied "The rest is his creativity derivided may be from Spanish complexes towards Italy. Sorry to write, but time to BAN HIM!"
I came here to try to solve something regarding the edits you have done, yet you only revert all my changes, you aren't able to prove any of your points but just making false accusations, then you troll and do copypastes and even after I have warned about you in the ANI you copied what I wrote and changed your username for mine. I have also proven above that different IPs have done the same edits you have done in 2020 and you have only edited these 2 articles, showing clearly your account was made for specifical purposes. --Pfarla (talk) 02:28, 11 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I'm here to solve. I know my numbers are from official sources and so right. Stop sending smoke in eyes. You even wrote twice to administrator that said you no. Time to solve, but it seems you want war.Giolocam (talk) 02:34, 11 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

What are you trying to solve? I have explained everything in this talk page in my prior edit https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Materialscientist&diff=988095067&oldid=988093949 yet you have reverted again and you made such claims, including breaking the 3 revert rule, when I have warned yourself in your talk page you didn't even reply but trolled and you did a copypaste of the same thing in my profile just switching our usernames. I came here trying to solve a dispute, instead of that you have made accusations and you have reverted everything. Then you have trolled my talk page and you have copied the same ANI I have made against you showing your edits. You have even deleted official ISTAT data and you keep putting the same invented data after I explained everything in my edit 988095067 in this talk page. You're just making disruptive edits. --Pfarla (talk) 02:48, 11 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Ok you last in editing to administrator that stopped you already twice. You are ignoring him about collaboration. Wages in OECD article are net in 2018.If you use the average exchange rates for 2018 you find the sharp average net wage. You can't post unofficial sources. Giolocam (talk) 03:08, 11 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry but what you say makes no sense, you didn't try to solve anything as you have just been accusing me, asking for my ban, trolling in my talk page... and now you try to "solve" what exactly if I have explained everything and you just keep saying the same without showing any sources?

1. Let's see the edits you have made in this page: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=List_of_countries_by_average_wage&diff=988093606&oldid=988092570

Italy has 38,485 and Spain has 38,761 but according to you, Italy has to remain higher. Just as in the box from below, where Italy has 38,132 but you put it above South Korea (39,985) and Spain (38,507) just as you put also Slovenia and Israel above Spain which have a lower number, just as Italy. What is exactly your point, proof or what do you want to solve here if it's obviously an edit to increase Italy's position while decreasing Spain's one??

2. Let's see the edits you have made in the page: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=List_of_European_countries_by_average_wage&diff=988093758&oldid=988092615

You are deleting official ISTAT 2019 data, you are putting 2018 OECD gross data which neither match your numbers. What's your point exactly?

Not even worth mentoning the fact of your replies, instead of trying to solve something here or in your talk page, you've just switched to 1. revert 2. accusating and 3. trolling just as you have done with the copypaste of my warnings in your profile, doing the same on my profile just switching usernames. What's exactly your point and what exactly do you want to solve if you have shown already your purpose? When I explained everything and I have tried to solve, you have replied "ban him, I hold the truth, it's a complex against Italy" while reverting my changes. --Pfarla (talk) 03:21, 11 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I posted ISTAT but then it was better to use OECD. Calculator is only by region. You are lasting with empty words and dirtuptive behaviour.Giolocam (talk) 03:24, 11 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

What? You have altered the ranking of that page (based on official data, just look at List of countries by average wage) as it's ridiculous to see that ranking of countries with lower numbers in higher positions, just as you repeat again the same stuff about the other page but none of your sources prove anything.
Nevermind, this is also related to your behavior. You didn't try to solve anything when this was a simple dispute (now you are more calmed after the reply of an administrator) but before you just switched to 1. revert 2. accusations 3. trolling (like the BAN HIM! stuff or doing copypastes of my warnings) just as you have done and it's everything proven and registered in your contributions. --Pfarla (talk) 03:32, 11 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I never altered numbers, Spanish IP did it some hours ago.Now let's try to collaborate. Now i go to sleep. Good night.Giolocam (talk) 03:35, 11 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

You didn't alter numbers, you've just changed the proper classification to one that unmatches the data for each country, you have inserted Italy above South Korea and Spain while it has a lower number. You've also inserted Spain under Italy, Slovenia and Israel while it has a bigger number. You have altered the order. You've done something similar in the other page, putting sources that don't match your data. And you were saying before you try to collaborate, sure. --Pfarla (talk) 03:54, 11 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The Anti-Vandalism Barnstar
Whenever I check the recent changes, I always see you reverting some kind of vandalism. That must take a lot of work! Eridian314 (talk) 15:49, 11 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

You are erasing the fact I worked on something

Hi, I'm S.R. Holiwell, I worked on Hardcoded, and you removed what I added to the wiki, making sure my contributions as a writer are erased, disempowered and deplatformed by people who want to take credit for my work. You say there's no proof or source I worked on Hardcoded, but my name is mentioned here: https://store.steampowered.com/news/posts/?feed=rps&enddate=1543237459

"Such is the case with Hardcoded, a visual novel/horny porn game being made by Fortunae Virgo — a team lead by Kenzie Stargrifter, NSFW artist and nude aficionado, with S R Holiwell and Trix Royale."

Here: https://kotaku.com/a-sexy-cyberpunk-dating-sim-about-and-by-trans-folk-1830309223

"Hardcoded is a dating sim for PC that is currently in development. You can play it in its early form by subscribing to its Patreon, which is run by development studio Fortunae Virgo, made up of lead developer Kenzie Stargrifter, writer S R Holliwell, and animation helper Trix Royale."

People are trying to erase me and take credit for my work because I'm homeless, destitute, and vulnerable. I don't know if you're a bot or a real person, if you have a heart, but please, for the love of god, listen to me. You're hurting me deeply with this.

What?

What about my edit to Timelapse of the Future did you think was disruptive? -- 109.79.176.62 (talk) 16:11, 11 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

There's so much vandalism happening on that article so fast that I think you inadvertently reverted me, restoring vandalism [4]. Could you just protect the article? There's been a request at RFPP for it (Wikipedia:Requests_for_page_protection#Than_Htay). Thanks, --Hammersoft (talk) 17:14, 11 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Protected. Yes, my revert was a glitch, this happens when Huggle sorts out overlapping edits. Materialscientist (talk) 17:18, 11 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Anton Drexler

Hi, i need your help against a sort of ideologized person who continue to edit with stupid things the page of Anton Drexler, especially the part of Drexler Work:My Political Awakening: From the Journal of a German Socialist Worker. This ideologized user continue to delete "from the journal of a german socialist worker", probably because he want to hide that Drexler was a socialist. But the title must be reported for entire.

Omicron Delta Epsilon - page edits

Two corrections were made to the Omicron Delta Epsilon page. Reference 12 duplicated Reference 11, thus one was deleted. In opening paragraph the list of notable economists serving on the board was updated by removing Thaler and replacing with Romer.

That's all great fine and dandy, but that individual claims I have threatened him when there isn't one iota of evidence to support his silly claim. Dude sounds like a big chump s..t p...y to me.--Spoondivy (talk) 18:11, 11 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Spoondivy: if you keep up your personal attacks, you're going to be blocked. It doesn't matter how right you may or may not be about the content dispute. You really need to learn to handle content disputes without needing to throw insults and personal attacks all over the place. Nil Einne (talk) 11:51, 12 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

User talk:138.162.0.42

I added a quick note over at this page: User talk:138.162.0.42. I wish the editor would login, but they may be prevented from doing so because they may be editing from a federal government network. Just a guess. That edit is ok, however, IMO, but it's your call. --Concertmusic (talk) 15:57, 12 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
