Eissa Nagri or Issa Nagri or Essa Nagri or Isa Nagri (Template:Lang-ur) is one of the neighbourhoods of Gulshan Town, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. Eissa or Issa or Isa, the Arabic name for Jesus. There is large Christian population in this neighborhood of Karachi. The origin Essa nagri Purly Christian area The biggest Churches are Roman catholic Chruch, United presbyterian Church, Seventh day Adventist Church, Philadelphia Pentecostal Church,some more Etc Eissa Nagri literally means City of Jesus. Eissa Nagri is situated along Sir Shah Suleiman Road in Gulshan Town.

There are several ethnic groups in Gulshan Town including Muhajirs, Sindhis, Punjabis, Kashmiris, Seraikis, Pakhtuns, Balochis, Memons, etc. 10% of the population is Muslim and 90% is Christian. The locality has couple of Catholic churches and missionary schools in this area. The population of Gulshan Town is estimated to be nearly above than two million.
