Hinduism in Estonia

From the religious movements of Eastern origin that reached Estonia, beginning from the end of the 1980s, first and foremost were the ones inspired by Hinduism and Buddhism.

Hinduism and Buddhism were registered in the 1990s.

Estimates

The number of Hindus in Estonia is negligible. The 2000 census of Estonia showed 138 Hindus in Estonia.

This includes under the name Hindu 90 people (including 54 Estonians) and under Hare Krishna 48 (including 22 Estonians).[1]
